Rental terms

All the above rates are for a maximum of 8 guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenence, gardener & all linen/towels (including pool towels). For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean. We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £10.00 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

A 4 bedroom spacious townhouse with sea views from the bedrooms

Ground floor:
The open-plan lounge and dining room has a flat screen TV, SKY satellite (no card), DVD player. The lounge opens out onto a terrace with a dining table and comfortable chairs to relax in whilst reading a book or enjoying an early evening drink. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic electric hobs (stove top), electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine etc. There is a separate laundry room off the kitchen with a washing machine etc.

Ist Floor:
Double bedroom with a Spanish king size bed and an en suite bathroom with twin basins, bidet, wc and a bath with a shower over. This bedroom has a balcony with views towards the Mediterranean. Also on this level are two twin bedrooms both with sea views. These two twin bedrooms share a bathroom with a bidet, wc and a bath with a shower over.

Top Floor:
Spacious penthouse master bedroom suite with a Spanish king sized bed, sofa and an en suite shower-room with walk-in shower wc and basin. This bedroom also has a large private balcony which has fantastic sea views; there are chairs and sun-loungers ... a perfect place to relax and get away from it all.

Siesta in the shade or sunbathe by the pool

At Mijas Beach situated in tropical gardens are 2 lovely outdoor pools( one is shallow and just for children), the pools enjoys stunning views of the Mediterranean.

There are ample sun beds and shade ... perfect to read a book or just day-dream whilst enjoying the views across the Mediterranean.

There is direct access to the beach close by ... so not far for the bucket and spade brigade! You will also find sun beds, shade and 'Antonio' Beach Bar. 'Vista del Mar' is also only a few minutes walk from Mijas Beach ... a cafe & restaurant with Internet WiFi connection.

La Cala de Mijas is a seaside village and is only a few minutes by car ... the beach here is ideal for children and adults alike ... there are several chiringitos (beach bars) that serve mouth watering snacks and seafood. The resort also has many small tapas bars and fine restaurants.

Sophisticated Marbella with its designer shops and jet-set Puerto Banus (the best place to people watch!) are only a 15-minute drive.

A short distance inland is the La Cala golf and country club; several more courses including Miraflores, Mijas Golf, Santa Maria, Rio Real etc ... all are within a 10-minute drive.

Mijas Beach is also well situated for those seeking a cultural holiday ... the drive to the historic town of Ronda is one not to be missed, and the famous Alhambra Palace in Granada is an interesting 2 hour drive. Cordoba and Sevilla are also both easily accessible with a hire car or by coach.
