The people behind Mijas Villas
Ian & Jill Fishwick - Jill and I have known the Costa del Sol for many years and during our frequent visits to Spain we have come to love Andalucia and the Spanish way of life. In 2004 we took the plunge and moved to Spain ... permanently.
Two of our daughters, Zena & Jemma, have now joined us in Spain. Jemma owns & runs Estepona Villas whilst Zena & ourselves concentrate mainly on our Mijas Properties. Number 3 daughter Tara lives in the UK and manages our admin department for both Mijas Villas & Estepona Villas from her office in Stratford.
Zena Robinson has grown up knowing the coastal and inland regions of the South of Spain. A graduate of St.Andrews and a keen outdoor enthusiast she has moved here with her husband Julian and three children who are now enjoying all that Andalucía has to offer. With Zena's insider knowledge of family friendly pursuits here on the Costa del Sol she can point you in the right direction whatever your interests.
If you want tips on the best beaches, skiing in the Sierra Nevada or surfing on the Costa de la Luz then Zena is the person to speak to.
Jemma Clements trained as a senior school science teacher with a degree from Leeds University. Jemma has travelled extensively in South America, Galapagos, Central America & the Caribbean where she worked in Eco friendly tourism. Jemma is also a qualified PADI instructor and can recommend dive schools and dive sites in the area.
Estepona Villas specialises in holiday rentals in the Estepona region of the Costa del Sol. Jemma has apartments and villas ranging from San Pedro & Costalita in the east through to Puerto Duquesa & Sotogrande in the west.
Tara Reichow is a qualified solicitor and worked for a large law firm in Birmingham until she had her little girl Lily. Before finishing her law degree Tara traveled several times to Australia also visiting Japan and touring South & Central America.
Tara is based in the UK and has managed our Estepona Villas admin department for a number of years, she has now taken over from Janet, who has retired, and many of you have know at Mijas Villas as 'Jan in admin'. So if you have a question about payments, keys or directions Tara is the person to contact.
Lisa Ives - Lisa is your local on-site Mijas Villas representative. Lisa has worked with us since we set up business many many years ago and will be well know to all our regular guests ... we really don't know what we would do without her.
Lisa is here to answer all your questions and sort any problems you may have - be it directions to the local supermarket, a taxi to organise for a night out or unblock a drain - Lisa is the person to call. Lisa's partner, Colin (who refused to have his photo taken!), looks after all maintenance & emergency repairs.
About our properties
All our villas are privately owned by discerning individuals - friends and family - and appointed and maintained to a high standard, they are very much 'homes' and not just 'holiday lets'. We aim to offer quality properties at a fair price with a friendly, helpful and personal service; we only offer villas that we would be happy staying in ourselves.
In the past few years we have spoken to and met many lovely people from all over the world ... and look forward to meeting many more in the future.

We have a wide range of beautifully furnished and well equipped Spanish villas, fincas, & apartments in rural Andalucia.. We take time to prepare each property for your visit and assist you where we can in making your vacation unforgettable.
We employ our own friendly team of maids and maintenance staff - should you require assistance or advice during your holiday our representative is always just a phone call away.
