All the above rates are for a maximum of thirteen guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (including pool towels). There is a seperate Chalet Sophia which sleeps 4 more guests (2 x twins) - Additional £350 pw.
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking.
This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

Wow! Is what you will think when you first enter Villa Lisetta - the floor to vaulted beamed ceiling lounge is just spectacular!
This open plan living room features four sofas,a large wood burning stove for those chilly winter evenings, large screen TV and IPTV box. Villa Lisetta also features a WiFi wireless internet connection (must bring your own laptop, no extra costs involved).
All of the accommodation is on the ground floor with the exception of one air-conditioned double bedroom with an en suite bathroom (with a bath, walk-in shower, wc and basin) which is on the 1st floor.
The 5 ground floor air-conditioned bedrooms (1 x triple, 2 x twins and 2 x doubles) are spacious and have good sized wardrobes, bedside tables with individual reading lamps.
All are en suite except for one of the twins - this room has its own bathroom with wc & basin - this is located right next door to this twin bedroom. There is also a conveniently located cloakroom with wc and basin.
Attached to the kitchen is a sun lounge that has a dining table, a wood burning stove, direct access to the children's play area and spectacular views across the Andalucian countryside.
The modern kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with electric oven & double hobs (Stove tops), microwave, 2 x large fridge/freezers, dishwasher, coffee maker etc.
There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, drying facilities, iron and ironing board.
The heated infinity pool has a large child friendly shallow end
The 16 metre infinity pool has a large shallow end which is just perfect for small children ... it is only calf deep, the full pool width and extends out for approx 3 metres to gentle Roman type steps that lead down into the main pool. The pool can be heated for an additional cost. There are extensive lawned areas for children to play on.
Close to the pool is a large shaded terrace with comfortable seating, a bbq and outside al-fresco dining facilities ... the terrace overlooks the pool. There is also an outdoor table tennis table for your use.
Chalet Sophia - A separate chalet within the grounds of Villa Lisetta available to sleep an additional 4 guests
Chalet Sophia is situated within the grounds of Villa Lisetta and is available to sleep an additional 4 guests at an additional cost. Sophia is air-conditioned and also has mosquito nets on the windows.
NOTE: Chalet Sophia is ONLY available when you book Villa Lisetta ... Chalet Sophia is never let on its own.
This charming wooden cottage is situated just 50 metres below Villa Lisetta and comprises on the ground floor of a cosy lounge with sofa & TV, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a shower-room with wc and basin.
The spacious loft area is accessed by an external staircase and has 2 single beds and its own private balcony with fabulous views. The loft area is not really suitable for the elderly or very young children. Chalet Sophia also benefits from its own driveway & ample parking space.
A peaceful location ... yet just 5 minutes from the restaurants in Alharin El Grande
Villa Lisetta is secluded but not isolated and is in an ideal location to experience the 'Real Spain'.
The town of Alhaurin el Grande has been inhabited since Neolithic times and is now a bustling village with shops, deli, market and many restaurant and tapas bars offering good value for money and not to mention legendary Spanish spirit measures!
There is plenty to see and do in the area. The market towns of Coin and Guaro are close by, or just drive around and find one of the many Ventas peppered around the countryside (if you find a good one we haven't mentioned in our guide, please tell us!). Golf, beaches, adventure parks, walking, climbing are all easily accessible from Villa Lisetta ... that's if you can tear yourself away from that pool.
The drive to the historic town of Ronda is one not to be missed ... and the famous Alhambra Palace in Granada is an interesting 2 hour drive. If the glitz of Puerto Banus and the shopping or beaches in Marbella is more your thing ... then the 'new' road will have you there in under 30 minutes!
The Seve Ballesteros-designed Alhaurin golf course is just 10 minutes by car as are the Tennis courts at the Alhaurin Country Club.
