Situated in a great location with panoramic views across the countryside and the Mediterranean in the far distance, yet only a short 5 minute drive into the picturesque 'white' village of Mijas with its friendly restaurants and quaint shops
Pueblo Valtocado is the perfect peaceful location to spend time with your friends & family on holiday whilst experiencing the real Spain.
All the above rates are for a maximum of 6 guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: all linen/towels (including pool towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking.
This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.
Modern contemporary furnishings
You enter No.6 Pueblo Valtocado on the upper level, here is located the 3 beautifully furnished air-conditioned bedrooms ... two of which have 2 x single beds and the 3rd a king size bed.
The double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms have floor to ceiling picture windows, a balcony and fabulous views. The 2nd twin bedroom has a conventional window.
These 3 bedrooms share a bathroom that has a shower-over-the-bath, wc and basin, and a shower-room that has a walk-in shower, wc and basin. There is also a 3rd shower room with a walk-in shower, wc and basin that is situated on the floor below.
The lower level has a modern fully equipped kitchen that has electric hobs and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker etc. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine, iron & board. The spacious light and airy lounge has two ceiling fans, a large flat screen Smart TV, a DVD player and WiFi Internet (foc ... no extra charges).
The lounge leads outside to a shaded dining area and a large south facing terrace that has sunbeds and should you require it, an electric 'toldo' shade. Here you will also find your own private Jacuzzi ... please note the Jacuzzi is only operational when Jacuzzi heating is booked at an additional £50 pw.

Soak up those views from the Jacuzzi whist sipping a glass or two of cava ... a great way to end the day!
Sunbeds are provided and should you want some shade on your private terrace there is an automatic electric 'toldo'.
The shared pool area is approx. 30 metres from your apartment, is fully gated, and has child friendly Roman style steps leading into the pool.

Stroll around the cobbled streets and browse the many shops, restaurants and tapas bars.
The location means there is something for everyone - golden beaches, shopping malls and markets, excellent restaurants, many golf courses and scenic walks......all can be reached easily from Pueblo Valtocado.
Andalucia is home to sprawling National Parks, dramatic mountain scenery, white villages, beaches and many leisure activities. Venture just a short way inland to uncover the delights of the "Real Spain" - an area peppered with traditional Spanish restaurants (ventas) amid breathtaking mountain views.
Enjoy the warm evenings by dining al fresco on the terrace. Iberico pork is particularly good here in Spain and ribs in BBQ sauce a particular favourite of mine. Fish is plentiful and fresh, the fish & sea food counter in the Carrefore has a fabulous choice. The wines of Spain are fantastic and they like to keep the best ones to themselves, what a better way to spend an evening than to sample different Riojas and Cavas.
If cooking is too much like hard work there are many excellent restaurants in the area to sample. Try Aroma Café & Secret Garden located in the heart of Mijas Pueblo ... they do a fabulous Argentine BBQ ... see their great reviews on Trip Advisor.
