Rental terms

These rates apply to a maximum of eleven guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (including pool towels). For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean. We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

Spacious and Quality Interior.

Villa Alexandra has been furnished by the owners so that it feels as if you've arrived home from home. As you enter into the villa into the very spacious open plan kitchen/ lounge area you will find all you own home comforts. The lounge has a large screen SMART TV and comfortable leather sofas.

The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher kettle and toaster. This open plan living space has direct access to the large covered upper terrace with a table and seating.

On this level you will find 3 bedrooms. A bedroom with a sofa bed suitable for 1 guest, built in wardrobes and ensuite shower room with W/C and sink. Across the corridor is a double bedroom with direct access to the upper terrace and an ensuite shower room with W/C an sink. The upstairs master bedroom has amazing views from the windows and a spacious bathroom with shower over bath, double sinks, W/C and bidet.

Downstairs is a games area and a further 3 bedrooms. 2 double bedrooms both with an ensuite shower rooms, W/C and sink. And the spacious master bedroom which has a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower over bath, sink and W/C.

Enjoy spending your day swimming in the pool.

Villa Alexandra benefits from a large 11m x 5m pool with gentle roman style steps which is set within a beautiful garden with a large grassed area which is perfect for children to play.

The terrace directly outside the house has outdoor sofas set in shade and ample sun loungers set in the sun as well as an outside dining area and BBQ.

Ideally situated to cater for most peoples interests

From the golden beaches of the Costa del Sol to the green of the golf courses. From meandering around the streets of the white village of Mijas to a spot of retail therapy in the Miramar centre. There's is something for everyone close to Villa Alexandra. If sampling the cuisine is your thing, there are many restaurants and tapas bars to explore. One of our favourites is Beach Bar Oasis.
