Villa Franyco

Villa Franyco is on 2 levels. As you open the front door this entrance level contains 2 bedrooms and open plan kitchen and lounge. Bedroom one is a spacious twin and bedroom 2 with built in wardrobes has a double bed and an ensuite shower room with walk in shower, W/C and sink.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you would expect to find at home. Electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and freestanding fridge/ freezer as well as a dining area.

The lounge area has 2 comfortable sofas which leads through to a covered terrace with an outdoor sofa set. The perfect place to take in the amazing views across the Mediterranean.

There is also a cloakroom with W/C and sink on this level.

Downstairs you will find the other 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 3 is a twin bedroom with a separate bathroom next door which has a shower over the bath, sink and W/C. Bedroom 4 and 5 are both double bedrooms with ensuite shower room with walk in shower, W/C and sink. There is also a separate bathroom with a shower over the bath, sink and W/C.

Also on this level is a bar area with a fridge and a second lounge with a comfortable sofa and chair, a wide screen SMART TV and IPTV box. Directly outside the lounge is the outdoor dining area under a shaded covered terrace.

The white village of Mijas is one of the jewels of the Costa del Sol. Located 400m above sea level, the views across the sea Mediterranean Sea are incredible.

Just 10 minutes drive away are the golden beaches. There are lots of churiguitos (beach bars) to try and the local sardines barbecued on the beach are a must to try!

In excess of 320 days of sunshine each year makes Mijas the perfect destination any time of year.
