Rental terms

All the above rates are for a maximum of four guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (except beach towels). For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean. We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

Furnished for comfort and relaxation

This modern front line apartment has fabulous views across the pool and garden towards the Mediterranean .... on a clear day you can see all the way to Africa in the far distance.

There is a lovely south facing shaded terrace, a perfect spot for breakfast or for enjoying a sundowner after a long day lazing around the pool.

Your front line apartment is on the 2nd floor and is accessed via a lift or stairs.

The accommodation at Rocas C203 comprises of 1 x double bedroom with its own private enclosed terrace (photo in the image gallery below) that has sea views and a second bedroom with 2 x single beds. Both these bedrooms share a bathroom that has a bath, a walk-in shower, twin basins and wc.

There is a fully fitted compact kitchen with electric hobs, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine etc.

The bright, modern, airy air-conditioned lounge/dining room is spacious and hasIPTV (see our FAQ page for which channels you can receive) & a DVD player. Rocas C203 also benefits from WiFi Internet (no additional charge).

The tropical gardens and pool at Rocas del Mar are well maintained.

There is also secure off road parking.

Leisure facilities on your doorstep

The balcony of the apartment looks out towards beautiful mature gardens; a bar and a great restaurant (photo in the image gallery below) are in the grounds which are just 50 metres from the sea.

Guests at Rocas Del Mar C203 can enjoy the benefits of two community pools and a tennis court. You can walk all the way to La Cala de Mijas on the new "Coastal Walkway".

Located not far from La Cala Beach

Rocas Del Mar is located on Mijas Costa, which is approximately half way between the bustling sea-side resort of Fuengirola and world famous Marbella. With its charming Orange Square Marbella is an ideal place for the men to sit, have a beer and people watch whilst the ladies browse the designer shops.

La Cala Beach (pictured left) is only a few minutes by car ... the beach here is ideal for children and adults alike ... there are several chiringitos (beach bars) that serve mouth watering snacks and seafood. The resort also has many small tapas bars and fine restaurants.

A short distance inland is the La Cala golf and country club; several more courses including Miraflores, Mijas Golf, Santa Maria, Rio Real etc ... all are within a 10-minute drive.

Rocas del Mar is also well situated for those seeking a cultural holiday ... the drive to the historic town of Ronda is one not to be missed, and the famous Alhambra Palace in Granada is an interesting 2 hour drive. Cordoba and Sevilla are also both easily accessible with a hire car or by coach.
