The apartment benefits from it's own private terrace with sofa area and sea view to make the most of relaxing outside. The beach is within walking distance and nearby supermarket makes this a perfect spot for a car free holiday.

Rental terms

All the above rates are for a maximum of four guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (except beach towels). For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean. We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

A stylish garden apartment

Antares is a light and airy garden apartment which gives a feeling of space. There are 2 bedrooms both air conditioned. A twin bedroom with a separate shower room, W/C sink and a master bedroom with a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, shower over bath, W/C and sink.

The kitchen has everything you need to cater at home. Ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer/ microwave and washing machine. There is also direct access to a private courtyard.

The spacious lounge with dining area has a flatscreen TV, IPTV and WiFi Internet (no additional charge).

Please note Antares is located down a short flight of stairs.

Relax by the pool ....

...... or on your terrace

Walk out of the lounge and onto the private terrace with direct access to the mature gardens. There's an outdoor sofa set for relaxing and reading a book or maybe for just taking in the view. There is also an outdoor dining table with seating for 4. The perfect place for a spot of lunch.

The large shared pool is less than 50 paces away from the apartment and is surrounded by a grassed area. Imagine cooling off on a hot summer day.

Beach, Sand ....

Why Antares?

With the famous sandy beaches of the Costa del Sol, supermarkets and restaurants all within walking distance makes Antares an ideal spot to choose for a car free holiday. Why not sample the food at one of the churinguitos (beach bars) which serve mouth watering snacks and seafood.

The intimate port of Cabopino is a 3km stroll away along the coastal path with a selection of excellent restaurants and churinguitos. The mussels at Alberts are a particular favourite of mine.

A short distance inland is the La Cala golf and country club; several more courses including Miraflores, Mijas Golf, Santa Maria, Rio Real etc ... all are within a 15-minute drive.
