Villa Cornisa

Villa La Cornisa is built on two floors - you enter the house on the upper floor which has the lounge/dining room, kitchen & the master bedroom that has a double bed and an en suite bathroom.

The lower level is by the pool & has three further bedrooms - one double bedroom with an ensuite shower/wc ; and 2 x twin bedded rooms. These latter two bedrooms share a second family bathroom. Please note that access to the double bedroom is via one of the twin bedded rooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and gas hobs, fridge freezer, microwave and a dishwasher. There is an adjoining pantry with washing machine. The living area is spacious and comfortable, with marble floors and windows with panoramic views. The dining area leads on to an outdoor dining terrace. TV + IPTV (TV via the Internet), DVD player and a CD player are provided. Villa Cornisa is partially air-conditioned (with heating in the winter) - this is included in the tariff, there is no extra charge.

WiFi Wireless ADSL Internet is available at Villa Cornisa (please bring your own tablet).

The picturesque Andalucian village of Mijas is just a 10 min walk and has many charming shops and restaurants, perfect for an early evening stroll.

Inland can be found the 'Real Spain' of breathtaking mountain views and many 'Ventas' - the typical Spanish restaurant. One of our favourites, Venta Los Morenos, is just 15 minutes by car on the Alhaurin El Grande road. It's great for Sunday lunch - very cheap, very Spanish, very noisy - why not give it a try!

Down the hill, only 10 minutes away are the long sandy beaches of Fuengirola ... with its delightful little marina and palm fringed promenade, it's a lovely location to enjoy a leisurely walk or a coffee overlooking the yachts. 'Lew Hoads' famous tennis club and restaurant is also only 5 minutes away by car.

Whether you're looking for a beach and action holiday for the kids or a lazy getaway break, the Costa del Sol has something for everyone.
