The spacious sunny lounge/dining room with beamed ceilings is equipped with a TV and DVD player and cd/radio/cassette player.

There is a fully fitted kitchen which includes gas oven and hobs (stove top), microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine etc. The separate utility room is equipped with a washing machine, iron & board.

The first bedroom is accessed from the hallway and has its own en suite bathroom. The spacious main bedroom (king size bed) which also has an en suite bathroom is accessed from the lounge and has large patio doors onto the terrace. The other 2 twin rooms can be accessed via connecting doors from this bedroom, they share a shower-room situated between the 2 rooms. Alternatively these 2 bedrooms can be accessed by the patio doors which lead directly from the garden.

The patio doors lead to a pretty bougainvillea draped terrace with table, chairs and BBQ - perfect for sitting down with friends & family to enjoy time together sharing a BBQ'ed lunch. You can even pick grapes straight off the vine for desert!

The pool is situated a few steps below the house in extensive and mature gardens, it is private and not overlooked.

There are gentle steps leading into the shallow end of the pool which are perfect for young children. Ample sun loungers are provided for all guests.

The roof terrace has comfortable sofas and amazing views across the Andalucian countryside.

The gardens are separated by tropical trees and plants into various grassed areas and terraces which provide both sun & shade. Great as play areas for children or as a private 'get-away-from-it-all' space for a quiet book or siesta.

The grape vine and bougainvillea covered terrace provides dappled shade ... a perfect place for sipping your evening sundowner just before dinner.

Spain in Winter is a delight. The bright blue skies and warm sunshine are great for escaping the worst of the winter weather at home. Also the fewer visitors during the winter months mean that airports, roads, restaurants and places of interest are all quieter and more enjoyable.
