The beaches and Aquapark in Fuengirola are 7 km.away and it takes just 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bus - there you will find a lively resort with many shops, mile upon mile of beaches and an attractive marina where you can take an evening sail on-board 'Dawn Approach' - a lovely old sailing vessel, or dine in one of the harbourside restaurants.

Rental terms

These rates apply to a maximum of four guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (including pool towels). For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean. We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £10.00 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

Residencia Tamisa No.21E is beautifully furnished and well maintained, it is one of just six apartments in the development.

Residencia Tamisa also benefits from having its own private secure gated car park.

No.21E is air-conditioned (lounge and bedrooms) and has heating in the winter.

Residencia Tamisa No.21E is situated on the 1st floor (you enter at street level) and comprises of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms - 1 x double & 1 x twin, 2 x shower-rooms with walk-in showers, wc and basin.

The air-conditioned lounge is airy and spacious and has large sliding windows leading to your own south facing private terrace that overlooks the pool. The lounge is equipped with flat screen TV with IPTV (TV via the Internet), DVD player a selection of games.

Internet is also available (bring your own laptop/iPad).

The modern kitchen is equipped with an electric oven & hobs (stove top), fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster etc.

Off road parking is available at pool level and there is also private on road parking available on the same level as the main entrance to No.21E.

The perfect place to relax and unwind

Residencia Tamisa No.21E is well maintained and is one of six apartments in the development. The pool and gardens are located one level below the apartment and are accessed via a flight of steps. Although the pool is shared it never gets busy and is only a few steps from your terrace.

Your private terrace has a small table and chairs and overlooks the pool and gardens. Sun-loungers are provided.

Residencia Tamisa has easy access to many local attractions

Mijas Pueblo

It only takes a few minutes to walk to the historic centre of Mijas Village with all its amenities ... imagine, in the morning taking a short stroll to the bakery for fresh bread, pick up your daily newspaper, and a few minutes later you find yourself having breakfast on the sunny terrace of Residencia Tamisa! Restaurants, bars and the bus stop are all close by.

Down the hill, only 10 minutes away are the long sandy beaches of Fuengirola ... with its delightful little marina and palm fringed promenade, it's a lovely location to enjoy a leisurely walk or a coffee overlooking the yachts.

Inland can be found the 'Real Spain' of breathtaking mountain views and many 'Ventas' - the typical Spanish restaurant. One of our favourites, Venta Los Morenos, is just 10 minutes by car on the Alhaurin El Grande road. It's great for Sunday lunch - very cheap, very Spanish, very noisy - why not give it a try!
