Rental terms

These rates apply to a maximum of four guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (including pool towels). For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean. We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

Quality furnishings and private terrace with pool view

La Fuente No.8 is beautifully furnished and well maintained, it is one of approximately ten in the development.

La Fuente also benefits from having its own private secure gated car park.

No.8 is fully air-conditioned & has heating in the winter. Also, there is a safe for guest use.

La Fuente No.8 is situated on the 1st floor and comprises of 2 bedrooms (1 x double with a king size bed, 1 x twin) ... both are air-conditioned (with heating in the winter) & double glazed, 1 bathroom en-suite and 1 shower-room en-suite.

Both bedrooms also have flat screen TV's & the master bedroom has DVD player too.

A sofa bed in the lounge provides an alternative sleeping arrangement for a maximum party of 4 guests.

The lounge is airy and spacious ... here you will find the flat screen TV and IPTV (TV via the Internet) with a large choice of English channels - including BBC, ITV, Ch4, sports & movie packs etc and a DVD player. There is a selection of family dvd's, games and books.

The modern kitchen is equipped an electric oven & hobs (stove top), fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, juicer etc.

There is a communal built-in Andalucian style charcoal BBQ available for all guests to use who are staying at La Fuente.

The perfect place to relax and unwind

The pool rarely gets busy at La Fuente

You have your own spacious private patio with an electric operated parasol and seating that overlooks the pool and gardens.

Although the pool is shared it never gets busy and is just a few steps from your terrace. The terrace is shaded and is a great place to relax and read a book. It has sun-loungers, chairs and a small table.

La Fuente has easy access to many local attractions

Mijas Pueblo

It only takes a few minutes to walk to the historic centre of Mijas Village with all its amenities ... imagine, in the morning taking a short stroll to the bakery for fresh bread, pick up your daily newspaper, and a few minutes later you find yourself having breakfast on the sunny terrace of La Fuente! Restaurants, bars and the bus stop are all close by.

Down the hill, only 10 minutes away are the long sandy beaches of Fuengirola ... with its delightful little marina and palm fringed promenade, it's a lovely location to enjoy a leisurely walk or a coffee overlooking the yachts. 'Lew Hoads' famous tennis club and restaurant is also only 5 minutes away by car.

Inland can be found the 'Real Spain' of breathtaking mountain views and many 'Ventas' - the typical Spanish restaurant. One of our favourites, Venta Los Morenos, is just 10 minutes by car on the Alhaurin El Grande road. It's great for Sunday lunch - very cheap, very Spanish, very noisy - why not give it a try!
