Entering Villa Finca Maroc your senses are awash with the striking colours and style. This villa has been furnished to a high standard with many design touches and attention to detail. The large open plan living/ kitchen area is bright, stylish and air conditioned.

The lounge area has a 50'' flat screen plasma TV with IPTV (fast 15mb connection), DVD, Bose Soundlink Bluetooth Speaker and big comfy sofas.

The kitchen/diner end of the room is stunning, with its bold statement orange tiles and light granite tops, fully equipped with a 6 ring gas hob, 2 x electric ovens ground & pod coffee machines, combi microwave & generous fridge / freezer space; it will please the most uncompromising cook…..not forgetting the dishwasher for clearing up afterwards.

What makes this property extra special is the outside area. The house is surrounded by a large covered veranda which in the summer acts as an alfresco living room with dining area, sofas, American pool table and table tennis. The modern BBQ is situated close to the pool ... enjoy a long leisurely lunch.

Two sides of this large room open out onto a large covered terrace, gardens and pool. A perfect spot for breakfast planning the day ahead or relaxing on the sofa at sunset with a bottle of wine.

On the same level as the lounge is the large master air-conditioned bedroom with an antique super king sized bed, this has a fabulous en suite bathroom with a sunken bath that has views across the olive groves, a walk-in shower, twin basins & a wc. This bedroom also has direct access to the terraces & pool areas. Next to the master bedroom is a twin bedroom that has a single bed with a pull out 2nd bed. Next to the twin bedroom is a cloakroom with a wc & basin.

Downstairs are 6 bedrooms - 3 x twins, 2 of which have an en suite bath and separate walk-in shower room and 3 x doubles with en suite walk-in shower, wc & basin. These 6 bedrooms all lead off a second air-conditioned lounge which has a 42'' plasma screen TV and a DVD player. One of the double bedrooms is very spacious and has a lovely built in Alhambra influenced wardrobes and sumptuous coloured curtains. All the bedrooms benefit from air-conditioning which also give heat in the winter. The laundry room is also located on this level right next to the bedrooms (what a clever idea!).

The Moroccan Suite: This lovely Moroccan themed suite is just a few meters from the main house and overlooks the pool & gardens.

This air-conditioned room has a double bed, a comfortable sofa bed & an en suite walk-in shower room with wc & basin. There is also a TV monitor with a DVD player, IPod docking station, fridge, tea & coffee making facilities.

Note: there is a curtain that can be pulled across the room to give some privacy when occupied by four guests.
