The modern stylish kitchen & utility area is located at the far end of the lounge and is fully equipped with an electric hob & oven, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer, washing machine & dryer, coffee maker, toaster etc.

Leading off the lounge is a large shaded terrace with a dining table to seat six, a comfortable sofa and chairs ... this south east facing terrace has great views across the Andalucian countryside.

Around the corner from this terrace is a 2nd seating area again with a sofa and chairs ... this area benefits from an electrically operated awning so you can sit in the sun or shade.

Also on this level are 3 of the 5 bedrooms:

Master Suite is air-conditioned and has a king size bed with en suite shower-room which has a walk in shower, wc and basin. This bedroom has direct access to a terrace that overlooks the pool.

The 2nd bedroom is a twin and the 3rd has a king size bed, both these bedrooms are air-conditioned and have direct access to the terrace. These 2 bedrooms share a shower-room with a walk-in shower, wc and basin.

Accessed externally, on the lower pool level, is the Pool Suite:

The Pool Suite is ideal for a family of 4 that wants their own private space. The Pool Suite comprises of a spacious lounge with a flat screen TV, WiFi and an open-plan kitchen for making breakfast. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge.

There are 2 bedrooms: The 1st is air-conditioned has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with a bath, a walk-in shower, wc and basin. The 2nd bedroom is also air-conditioned and has 2 x single beds and an en suite shower-room with a walk-in shower, wc and basin.

The Pool Suite has direct access to the pool ... perfect for an early morning private dip before everyone surfaces from bed!

The numerous outdoor terraces provide different seating areas for every occasion ... a quiet space with a book, siestas, sipping sun-downers, talking or dining with friends and family. Complete with sun or shade and lovely views.

Casa del Toros has a beautiful swimming pool (8m x 4m) with easy access, making it perfect for young children & none swimmers alike. NOTE: The pool area is gated from the top terrace.

Casa del Toros is located on a private urbanisation called Claveles, only a few minutes from the beach at La Cala de Mijas. There are plenty of excellent restaurants, bars and shops close by in La Cala.

With in excess of 320 days sunshine a year, you are practically guaranteed perfect weather for a BBQ. Have a long leisurely lunch sampling some of the best food and drink the Mediterranean has to offer.

The Bali House is situated next to the pool and has a fabulous gas pro BBQ, 2 x under-counter fridges, an under-counter freezer, an electric oven and hob. This dining area overlooks the pool but there are also plenty of other dining areas to choose from!

This shaded terrace is a lovely area to all sit down & enjoy time together sharing a BBQ'ed lunch. Iberico pork is particularly good here and ribs in BBQ sauce a particular favourite of mine. Fish is also plentiful and fresh, the fish & sea food counter in the supermarket at Corte Ingles has a fabulous choice. The wines of Spain are fantastic and they like to keep the best ones to themselves, what a better way to spend an evening than to sample different Riojas and Cavas.
