La Fuente No. 8 Had another great time in Mijas Pueblo in September '12! This was our third visit within a year. The first two were to villas, which were great, this time we took an apartment as there was just my wife and I. The La Fuenta 8 is a very good two bedroom apartment with lovely views from the balcony to the coast and also back up into the village with the mountain side behind. It is in a very handy location with just a short walk to and from the main areas of the village. We managed to explore and see a lot more of the village nooks and crannies that you may miss normally. The pool and the surrounding garden areas are lovely and not crowded as it has only eight apartments facing the pool and six off set from it and even though it's adjacent to the main roundabout it was reasonably peaceful lying out at the pool (except for the occasional motor bikers). A plus point was that the Feriar Festival was on for four days while we were there and there was a real buzz around the village, with entertainment, fairground rides, food and drink stalls, parades, light and arches etc. We found this a good experience as there was a great atmosphere especially in the evenings. We would recommend the La Fuenta Apartments for it's facilities and location to anyone. We've booked to return to Mijas next year but this time to another villa as we've got our kids and their grand kids....can't wait! Thanks again

Finca Maroc Dear Jan, I'm returning the keys after our holiday at Finca Maroc. The villa was great & the outside areas, especially the swimming pool was fantastic. Even with 13 people, 2 dinghies & 2 lilos, there was still plenty of room to swim. The water was so warm and inviting and the water slide was a tremendous hit with both adults and children. The views from the villa were spectacular - 360 deg from the rooftop terrace. It was just great seeing all the mountains and olive groves, especially at sunrise and sunset. I'm glad we used TaylorMade Catering - the link on your website. The meal exceeded our expectations and together with the villa and grounds, it made our Anniversary special. Finca Los Gemelos Ian, Many thanks for the excellent service associated with our rental of Los Gelmos Villa last week. The Villa is superb and the we really enjoyed staying in it, the best compliment I can you offer you is this villa felt like home form home. Villa Bancales Jan and Ian, We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Bancales (June 07) and thought it might be helpful as we were the first visitors to share our views of the villa. The standard of the villa was exceptional, plenty of room, well equipped and luxurious. The teenagers loved the independence of the 2nd villa, whilst still being close enough for us to keep an eye on them! Mijas was just as you described it "enchanting" and we can fully recommend El Capricho and El Mirlo Blanco restaurants for excellent food, views and service. Fuengirola is only a 15 minute taxi ride away and the market on a Tuesday is well worth a visit (take plenty of money there are so many bargains!). Lisa your representative was extremely efficient, the weather was fantastic and we were even fortunate enough to see the peacock, peahen and their 6 baby chicks! Having stayed at many many villas over the years we can honestly say yours has been our favorite and we will definitely be returning!

Villa Veleta Dear Ian,Zena and Lisa We so enjoyed our holiday in Villa Veleta and hope to return as soon as we can. The views are lovely and we found it very comfortable. The privacy of the garden and the planting of the various shrubs and bushes gave much pleasure, especially when viewed from the pool! I would especially like to know where the leather sofas came from as they were so comfortable! Auto Flores were most helpful once again, with the hire car and transfers to and from the airport. Mijas suits us so well. Hasta la vista!
