The people behind Mijas Villas - Ian & Jill Fishwick
Jill and I have known the Costa del Sol for many years and during our frequent visits to Spain we have come to love Andalucia and the Spanish way of life. In 2004 we took the plunge and moved to Spain ... permanently!
Two of our daughters, Zena & Jemma, have now joined us in Spain. Jemma is heading up the day to day running of Estepona Villas whilst Zena & ourselves concentrate mainly on our Mijas properties.
Zena has grown up knowing the coastal and inland regions of the South of Spain. A graduate of St.Andrews and a keen outdoor enthusiast she has moved here with her husband Julian and three children who are now enjoying all that Andalucía has to offer. With Zena's insider knowledge of family friendly pursuits here on the Costa del Sol she can point you in the right direction whatever your interests.
If you're looking for an Inland Country Holiday property in Spain then you have come to the right place, Zena specialises & her knowledge is extensive on country properties in & around Mijas, Alhaurin, Coin, Monda ... all places just inland from Marbella to Mijas.
Jemma is a qualified senior school science teacher & has travelled extensivly in South America, Galapogos, Central America & the Carribean where she worked in Eco friendly tourism. Jemma is also a qualified PADI instructor & is hoping shortly to offer her guests private diving courses & introduction to scuba in the privacy of their own villa pool.
Estepona Villas specialises in holiday rentals centralised on Estepona ... Jemma has properties ranging from San Pedro & Costalita in the east through to Puerto Duquesa & Sotogrande in the west.
All our villas are privately owned by discerning individuals - friends and family - and appointed and maintained to a high standard, they are very much 'homes' and not just 'holiday lets'. We aim to offer quality properties at a fair price with a friendly, helpful and personal service; we only offer villas that we would be happy staying in ourselves.
In the past few years we have spoken to and met many lovely people from all over the world ... and look forward to meeting many more in the future.

We have a wide range of beautifully furnished and well equipped Spanish villas, fincas, & apartments in rural Andalucia.. We take time to prepare each property for your visit and assist you where we can in making your vacation unforgettable.
We employ our own friendly team of maids and maintenence staff - should you require assistance or advice during your holiday our representative is always just a phone call away.
