These rates apply to a maximum of six guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (including pool towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.
Tastefully furnished with a Mediterranean feel
The light and airy air conditioned lounge-dining area is newly furnished with quality items and tasteful decor. The kitchen is well equipped and has electric hobs, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dish washer and a washing machine (in a separate utility room), coffee machine etc. There is a TV with SKY satellite full pack with movies & sports), DVD player and a cd/radio/cassette player are all provided.
And for those of you that must stay 'connected' (and I'm unfortunately one of them!) Paseo del Mar also features a WiFi wireless internet connection (must bring your own laptop, no extra costs involved).
There are 3 bedrooms, all air conditioned (with heating in the winter) - one double with an en suite bathroom, and two with twin beds. These bedrooms share a second bathroom.

The pool area is private and has comfortable sun loungers. The covered outdoor dining area with BBQ is a great place to relax over a long lunch while watching the children splash around in the pool (the pool & Jacuzzi can be heated for an additional charge). Nearby, there is a second larger community pool and gardens that you may also use. Cool off in your own private pool or stroll down to the beach at El Faro where it gently slopes into the inviting waters of the Mediterranean.
The villa, with its sea views from the terrace, provides plenty of space to relax, enjoy an al-fresco treat and sip a G&T as the sun goes down.
The villa is close to Fuengirola with its many restaurants and things to do
El Faro beach (pictured below) is only a few minutes walk and has it's own beach bar & restaurant . Also nearby, just a 100 meters away, is a second larger community pool and gardens that you may also use.
The villa is only a short distance (3 km) from Fuengirola along the coastline towards Marbella. Fuengirola is a popular attraction with its many shops and restaurants. The Andalucian village of Mijas, with its old fashioned charm, is only 10/15 minutes by car.
