Finca Maroc is perfect for large family gatherings & multi-family holidays. We also accept reservations for small weddings & celebrations (less than 50 guests). There is though an additional charge for using Finca Maroc as a wedding/celebration venue.

What makes this property extra special is the outside area. The house is surrounded by a large covered veranda which in the summer acts as an alfresco living room with dining area, sofas, American pool table and table tennis. The modern BBQ is situated close to the pool ... enjoy a long leisurely lunch.
Entering Villa Maroc your senses are awash with the striking colours and style. This villa has been furnished to a high standard with many design touches and attention to detail.
The large open plan living/ kitchen area is bright, stylish and air conditioned. The lounge area has a 51'' flat screen plasma TV with SKY satellite (free to view pack), DVD and big comfy sofas for enjoying them. The property also benefits from Wi-Fi ADSL Internet (bring your own computer).
The kitchen/diner end of the room is stunning, with its bold statement orange tiles and light granite tops, fully equipped with a 6 ring gas hob, electric oven and integrated coffee machine, combi microwave & generous fridge / freezer space; it will please the most uncompromising cook…..not forgetting the dishwasher for clearing up afterwards. Two sides of this large room open out onto a large covered veranda, gardens and pool. A perfect spot for breakfast planning the day ahead or relaxing on the sofa at sunset with a bottle of wine. There is also a W/C and cloakroom on this level.
On the same level as the lounge is the large master air-conditioned bedroom with an antique super king sized bed, this has a fabulous en suite bathroom with a sunken bath that has views across the olive groves, a walk-in shower, twin basins & a wc. This bedroom also has direct access to the terraces & pool areas. Next to the master bedroom is a twin bedroom that has a single bed with a pull out 2nd bed. Next to the twin bedroom is a cloakroom with a wc & basin.
Downstairs are 6 bedrooms - 3 x twins, 2 of which have an en suite bath and separate walk-in shower room and 3 x doubles with en suite walk-in shower, wc & basin. These 6 bedrooms all lead off a second air-conditioned lounge which has a 42'' plasma screen TV, DVD and a Wi Games console (a small selection of games are supplied). One of the double bedrooms is very spacious and has a lovely built in Alhambra influenced wardrobes and sumptuous coloured curtains. All the bedrooms benifit from air-conditioning which also give heat in the winter. The laundry room is also located on this level right next to the bedrooms (what a clever idea!).
Stunning Mediterranean gardens and designer heated pool
The pool which is directly in front of the veranda is WOW. For the thrill seekers the pool has its own water-slide built into the tropical garden, for the more relaxed, just by the steps is a very shallow ledge for dipping feet into or for lying down and cooling off while reading a book. There is plenty of space for splashing and swimming about……..or you can escape to the pool side cave to chill out. For the sun lovers there are plenty of sun beds by the edge of the pool, inviting you to dip in and cool off in the summer sun.
Alternatively why not wander around the gardens and loose yourself in the Olive groves and find one of the hammocks for a quiet siesta away from everyone.
A Fantastic Finca in an Fabulous Location
Finca Maroc offers the best of both worlds. A quality stylish property in a tranquil setting close to everything you need for a fabulous holiday. The white village of Alhaurin el Grande has been habited since Neolithic times and is now a bustling village with shops, deli, market and many restaurant and tapas bars offering good value for money and not to mention legendary Spanish spirit measures!
There is plenty to see and do in the area. The market towns of Coin and Guaro are close by, or just drive around and find one of the many Ventas peppered around the countryside (if you find a good one we haven't mentioned in our guide, please tell us!). Golf, beaches, adventure parks, walking, climbing are all easily accessible from Finca Maroc………….if you can tear yourself away from that pool.
