TERRACES: There are large covered terraces with three shaded dining areas and large outdoor sofas and chairs to lounge on. Here you can share magical evenings watching glorious sun-sets behind the Sierra Negra.

LOUNGES: The main lounge is sunny and bright with tasteful, quality furnishing and large sofas. The TV lounge is just off the kitchen with comfortable seating close to refreshments and handy for keeping an eye on the younger children whilst preparing meals.

DINING ROOM: The elegant open plan dining room is furnished with a custom made travertine marble table and is the perfect place to share a meal with friends whilst enjoying the views across the Andalucian hills to the Mediterranean Sea.

KITCHEN: The well equipped kitchen has granite work tops, ceramic hobs (stove tops), electric oven, fridge/freezer, filter coffee machine, large toaster etc. There is also a secondary breakfast dining kitchen which is situated adjacent to the main kitchen that has a small refrigerator, hob, microwave toaster etc.

BEDROOMS: There are two master suites - the first is located on the lowest level, it is air conditioned and has a king size bed and a wonderful en suite bathroom with twin basins, wc, walk-in shower and a large free formed marble bath which I'm sure you will have trouble prising yourself out of! Also on the lower level is a washroom with wc & basin.

The second master suite is located on the 1st floor - this air-conditioned bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with a with shower over the bath, wc & basin. There is a large south facing with fabulous views of the Andalucian countryside with the Mediterranean in the far distance. Two more bedrooms are on this floor, both of which are air conditioned - a family suite and the 'Blue room'. The family suite comprises of a bedroom with a king size bed and a smaller bedroom with generous sized bunk beds suitable for children ... this room will also accommodate a cot for an infant. These two rooms share their own bathroom with shower over the bath, wc & basin. The 'Blue room' has a king size bed and an en suite with a walk-in shower, wc & basin. Both these rooms also have a south facing terrace.

The 6th bedroom is located on the ground floor, this room is also air conditioned and has twin beds and has a separate bathroom with wc and basin.

HOME CINEMA: The home cinema room is situated on the naturally cool lower floor and has a chaise lounge and a large L shaped sofa for extra comfort whilst viewing one of the large selection of DVDs. The grand piano is also situated on this floor.

There is an adsl WiFi wireless Internet connection (please bring your own laptop), and parking for several vehicles with entry to the property via electric security gates. The entire property is fenced / walled, and is not overlooked so it is perfect for those requiring peace, privacy and security whilst offering high levels of comfort and all modern conveniences.
