Casa La Noria - something rather special, this quality property is set in private tropical gardens and has one of the best views in Mijas. With pine forest to its back and the Mediterranean below, the setting could not be more perfect. Situated close to the beaches on the Costa and restaurants in Mijas village.

NOTE: Your accommodation comprises of 2 x guest apartments located below the main house and pool area ... you will have full, exclusive, private use of ALL the outside areas including the pool, gardens, summer kitchen, terraces etc. The only area that you won't have access to is the interior of the main house. The main house is not available to guests (it will be unoccupied & not in use during the whole time of your holiday).

Rental terms

These rates apply to a maximum of six guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (including pool towels). For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean. We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

The 1st Guest Apartment

Contemporary Living at Casa la Noria - from the marble floors though to the modern bathrooms & the stylish decoration you know that you have arrived at somewhere really special. You will have full, exclusive, private use of ALL the outside areas including the pool, gardens, summer kitchen, terraces etc. The only area that you won't have access to is the interior of the main house. The main house is not available to guests (it will be unoccupied & not in use during the whole time of your holiday).

Guest apartment 1 is located in the garden just below the pool, apartment 2 is attached to the main house ... they are approx. 15 metres apart.

The first thing you can't fail to notice when entering the 1st apartment is the breathtaking views from the panoramic windows - imagine waking up to those views each morning in the comfort of your super king bed. En-suite is a stunning marble shower room featuring a walk in 'spa' shower, W/C & basin.

There is a comfortable sofa positioned to be able to view the flat screen TV in comfort & a 'pod' type coffee machine for those that can't get up without their morning espresso.

The 2nd Guest Apartment

As you enter this stylish open plan property you will find the the breakfast area to the right and a comfortable seating area to your left. The twin bedroom with it's own TV (ASTRA system) is situated through an archway next to the seating area. Adjacent is a shower room with walk in shower, W/C and basin.

Please Note: that in-keeping with the open plan layout of this apartment there are no doors on the bedrooms.

The second half of this apartment is though a door next to the breakfast area which leads into the new modern kitchen which has a 2 ring electric hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker. Please note that the washing machine is in a cupboard between the 2 apartments. To the right of the kitchen is the king sized bedroom & to the left of the kitchen is the shower room with walk in shower, W/C & basin.

Casa la Noria your Andalucian Oasis

Holidaying in Spain is all about living outside in the Andaluican sunshine. At Casa la Noria you'll be spoiled for choice as to where you'll relax on your vacation. Will it be around the pool soaking up the sunshine on one of the sunbeds or relaxing in the comfortable seating area in the shade taking in the view with a glass of Rioja in hand. Or could the calm oasis of the garden reading a book be your favorite spot or would it be around the summer kitchen deciding what to do (or not do!) that day .

Enjoy the great cuisine of Spain

With in excess of 320 days sunshine a year, you are practically guaranteed perfect weather for a BBQ. Have a long leisurely lunch sampling some of the best food and drink the Mediterranean has to offer.

The summer kitchen is located on the upper terrace & has fabulous views across the Andalucian countryside towards the Mediterranean. This is a lovely area to all sit down & enjoy time together sharing a BBQ'ed lunch prepared on the built-in griddle. Iberico pork is particularly good here and ribs in BBQ sauce a particular favourite of mine. Fish is also plentiful and fresh, the fish & sea food counter in the supermarket at Corte Ingles has a fabulous choice. The wines of Spain are fantastic and they like to keep the best ones to themselves, what a better way to spend an evening than to sample different Riojas and Cavas.

If cooking is too much like hard work there are many excellent restaurants in the area to try. The Mirlo Blanco (see our Mijas restaurant guide) takes pride in the food it serves and the service is second to none. Recently I enjoyed a whole crab served hot in its shell followed by their famous house speciality soufflé.

"Had the privilege in staying in Casa La Noria for 10 days recently. From the initial booking stage onwards , the staff at Mijas Villas were brilliant. Any questions were answered almost immediately and the villa was exactly as advertised.
The villa/apartments were exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything you would need, and the outside space is nothing short of amazing. Large pool, very clean with numerous areas to relax etc. and the view..... Incredible.
