Villa Nanise - the location is quiet & tranquil, a perfect place to unwind and create fond memories with friends and family. Situated just a few minutes from the quaint 'white' village of Mijas which has many shops, restaurants and tapas bars. The beaches are at the most only 10 minutes by car.

Rental terms

These rates apply to a maximum of seven guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (including pools towels). For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean. We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £12.50€15.25 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00€183.00 per person. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

Tastefully furnished with a high standard of decor

Villa Nanise is a charming Spanish holiday villa, tastefully furnished and equipped with all you could wish for.

The accommodation at Villa Nanise is on 2 levels. On the ground floor is a spacious lounge/dining room that has direct access to the shaded terrace & pool area.

The air-conditioned lounge has a wood burning stove for those chilly winter evenings, a 46" flat screen TV with an IPTV (TV via the Internet) decoder and Fibre Optic (40mb connection) WiFi Internet. Should you need to keep in touch with work there is also a small office with a desk and office chair.

One of the bedrooms is also on this level, it is air conditioned and has a double bed ... next to this bedroom is a bathroom that has a bath with a shower-over-the-bath, wc and basin.

The galley kitchen has an electric 4 hobs, built-in fan assisted oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker etc. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board and iron and a 2nd freezer.

Up a flight of stairs leads to the remaining bedrooms & bathrooms. The 1st is bedroom has a single bed and is more suited to a child or teenager, this bedroom has a fan. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and is air-conditioned. Both these bedrooms share a bathroom that has a bath with a shower-over-the-bath, wc and basin. The 3rd (master) bedroom also has a double bed and is air-conditioned, this bedroom has an en-suite shower room that has a walk-in shower, wc and basin.

A special place to relax and unwind

Outdoor living is a big part of the lifestyle in Spain, with year round warm weather this is where you will spend most of your vacation. Overlooking the pool is a shaded terrace with a built-in BBQ, a breakfast table, sofa and chairs ... a perfect spot for a sundowner or watching the children playing in the pool.

Situated next to the shaded terrace is the lovely private pool (can be heated for an additional charge) with child friendly Roman style steps. There are ample sun beds, pool towels, brolly etc and a grassed area for children to play.

Relax and enjoy the great wine & cuisine of Spain

With in excess of 320 days sunshine a year, you are practically guaranteed perfect weather for a BBQ. Have a long leisurely lunch sampling some of the best food and drink the Mediterranean has to offer.

The shaded terrace overlooks the pool, a lovely area to all sit down & enjoy time together sharing a BBQ'ed lunch from the built-in Andalucian style BBQ. Iberico pork is particularly good here and ribs in BBQ sauce a particular favourite of mine. Fish is also plentiful and fresh, the fish & sea food counter in the supermarket at Corte Ingles has a fabulous choice. The wines of Spain are fantastic and they like to keep the best ones to themselves, what a better way to spend an evening than to sample different Riojas and Cavas.

If cooking is too much like hard work there are many excellent restaurants in the area (see our restaurant guide) to try or treat yourself to a chef to prepare your meals this can easily be arranged ... for this service please see our villa catering page.

Villa Nanise is also well situated for those seeking a cultural holiday ... the drive to the historic town of Ronda is one not to be missed, and the famous Alhambra Palace in Granada is an interesting 2 hour drive. Cordoba and Sevilla are also both easily accessible with a hire car or by coach.
