Villa Flores
Great location, not far from Mijas Pueblo
Villa Flores is a fantastic home to bring your family and friends to. This modern and spacious villa is set in private Mediterranean gardens.
There are large grassed areas around the pool and house which add to the feeling of space. The fantastic shaded BBQ area right by the pool is the place you would find me if I wasn’t going for a refreshing dip in the pool.
This peaceful location is situated less than a 10 min drive from the picturesque white village of Mijas with its many shops and restaurants. Surely this has to be a perfect place to holiday...

A Quality Mediterranean Villa in a Peaceful Location.
This villa has been tastefully decorated by its discerning owners. As you walk through the hallway into the double height lounge you will get the most wonderful feeling of space and light. In the lounge there is ample seating on the 3 large leather sofas; there is SKY satellite (Free to View Pack: BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Ch4, ITV2, ITV3 and Sky news etc), a DVD player and a DAB radio with an Ipod docking station for your entertainment. Also in the spacious lounge is the indoor dining area.
Off the lounge is the well equipped modern kitchen with granite work tops. In here you will find a large fridge freezer, professional 4 gas ring hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Just outside the kitchen and the lounge are the outdoor areas for swimming, dinning and relaxing.
On the ground floor there is a stylish double and a twin bedroom which share a bathroom with twin sinks, W/C and shower over the bath. There is also another twin bedroom with an en suite walk in shower room + W/C and basin.
On the 1st floor you will find the master bedroom; the bedroom has a vaulted ceiling and large patio doors leading onto its own private terrace, a perfect place to enjoy the view and relax away from the rest of your party. The bedroom is tastefully decorated with matching silk curtains and bedspread. The spacious ensuite bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath, a shower over the bath, basin, W/C and bidet.
A lovely pool area with a built-in Andalucian style barbecue
Outside living is very much a part of the lifestyle in Spain - situated under a shady casita you will find the large built-in Andalucian style BBQ with an outside sink and fridge for keeping the all important refreshments cool for the chef.
The pool area is private and not overlooked. The pool has roman type steps which makes it perfect for children. Comfortable sunbeds atc are all provided. Surrounding the pool and house are large lawned areas for children to play.
Laze around the pool or read a book in the shade ... I'm sure this will be one of your favourite places to whileaway the day.
Set in a relaxing location ... yet only a short drive from the restaurants of Mijas Village
With in excess of 320 days sunshine a year, you are practically guaranteed perfect weather for a BBQ. Have a long leisurely lunch sampling some of the best food and drink the Mediterranean has to offer.
The shaded BBQ area overlooks the pool & is a lovely place to all sit down & enjoy time together sharing a BBQ'ed lunch. Iberico pork is particularly good here and ribs in BBQ sauce a particular favourite of mine. Fish is also plentiful and fresh, the fish & sea food counter in the supermarket at Corte Ingles has a fabulous choice. The wines of Spain are fantastic and they like to keep the best ones to themselves, what a better way to spend an evening than to sample different Riojas and Cavas.
Al Andalus is the old Moroccan name given to this area of Spain. On a clear day from this villa you can marvel at how close Africa is across the sea.
There is plenty to do and explore in this area ... you are situated not far from many the blue flag beaches many of which have water sport facilities ... it's a fun day out for all the family. If you like a bit more culture try visiting Malaga City, Granada or Ronda with their strong Moorish influences and interesting architecture. If you are like me and enjoy sampling the local cuisine there are many restaurants in Mijas and Alhaurin el Grande for you to enjoy.
