Rental terms

All the above rates are for a maximum of four guests + an infant in a cot/crib (hire of cot/crib is extra) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (except beach towels). For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean. We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory accidental damage waiver (ADW) fee of £7.50 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

Furnished for comfort and relaxation

Your accommodation comprises of 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, shower/bathroom with w.c. and bidet, fitted kitchen with microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine etc. The bright and airy air-conditioned lounge has broadcast TV & a DVD player. There is a lovely south facing terrace with views across the pool & garden towards the Mediterranean ... a great place to relax, read a book or have a sun downer!

The balcony of the apartment looks out towards beautiful mature gardens; a bar and restaurant are in the grounds which are just 100 metres from the sea. Visitors to Rocas Del Mar C203 can enjoy the benefits of two community pools and a tennis court.

Located not far from La Cala Beach

Rocas Del Mar is located on Mijas Costa, which is approximately half way between the bustling sea-side resort of Fuengirola and world famous Marbella. With its charming Orange Square Marbella is an ideal place for the men to sit, have a beer and people watch whilst the ladies browse the designer shops.

La Cala Beach (pictured left) is only a few minutes by car ... the beach here is ideal for children and adults alike ... there are several chiringitos (beach bars) that serve mouth watering snacks and seafood. The resort also has many small tapas bars and fine restaurants.

A short distance inland is the La Cala golf and country club; several more courses including Miraflores, Mijas Golf, Santa Maria, Rio Real etc ... all are within a 10-minute drive.

Rocas del Mar is also well situated for those seeking a cultural holiday ... the drive to the historic town of Ronda is one not to be missed, and the famous Alhambra Palace in Granada is an interesting 2 hour drive. Cordoba and Sevilla are also both easily accessible with a hire car or by coach.

We have just returned and have had the best holiday ever visiting some of our old places and exploring new ones too. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a family with a small child and a teenager!!!We would love to return again next year if we can but maybe for 10 days, and interested in long weekends too, would that be possible???"
