A contemporary and stylish Villa decorated to a high standard
Casa Feliz has a light and spacious feel about it with an open-plan lounge, dining room (the dining table extends to seat up to 10 guests) and kitchen. In the lounge area there is a 50" flat screen TV with Brit Pack Satellite TV, DVD player, and a cinema surround sound system. The lounge opens directly onto a shaded terrace that overlooks the pool.
The stylish kitchen has granite worktops & top of the range appliances, including a microwave, electric oven, ceramic hobs, American style fridge-freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. In the hallway is a cloakroom with wc & basin.
Leading from the hallway up a half flight of steps is a double bedroom with a king size bed & an en suite bathroom that has a spa bath, walk-in shower, wc and twin basins. This room has a private south facing terrace that overlooks the pool. On this same level is the bedroom with adult size bunk beds.
Back to the hallway, down a half a flight of steps leads to 3 more bedrooms. Two twin bedded rooms each with an en suite shower-room, wc & basin. One of the twins overlooks the pool & has it's own terrace. The 3rd bedroom has a double king size bed & an en suite shower-room. This bedroom also benefits from having it's own private terrace that overlooks the pool area. Down another half flight of stairs leads to the utility room that has a washing machine, iron & ironing board.
Private heated pool with wonderful views of the Mediterranean
This south facing villa has open panoramic views towards the Mediterranean & Africa in the far distance. The large covered terrace is gated from the main pool area making it safe and easy to keep an eye on young children. For al fresco dining there is an outdoor dining table & webber bbq conveniently located just outside the kitchen. The heated pool (approx. 8m x 5m) with child friendly Roman style steps is great for family fun all year round. There are plenty of sun beds for you to rest and relax whilst enjoying the Spanish sun.
Ideally situated to cater for all guests interests
There is something for everyone in this area - the picturesque Andalucian village of Mijas has many charming shops and restaurants, perfect for that early evening stroll. Inland can be found the 'Real Spain' of breathtaking mountain views and many 'Ventas' - the typical Spanish restaurant. One of our favourites, Venta Los Morenos, is just 15 minutes by car on the Alhaurin El Grande road. It's great for Sunday lunch - very cheap, very Spanish, very noisy - why not give it a try! Lively Fuengirola is just 10 minutes away (8 km) and boasts many fine restaurants, water sports, beaches, a marina and an aquapark. Marbella with its marina and stylish shops is 20 minutes by car.
Casa Feliz is also well situated for those seeking a cultural holiday ... the drive to the historic town of Ronda is one not to be missed, and the famous Alhambra Palace in Granada is an interesting 2 hour drive. Cordoba and Sevilla are also both easily accessible with a hire car or by coach.
