Casa Christina

On the ground floor you'll find the spacious air conditioned lounge complete with a large screen TV, SKY satellite (free to view pack: BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Ch4, SKY news etc), DVD player and a CD/radio/cassette player.

WiFi Wireless ADSL Internet is available at Casa Christina (bring your own laptop). Please note that there is a small connection charge that is paid locally on-line ... available hourly, daily, weekly or monthly.

Also on the ground floor is a modern fully fitted kitchen/diner with electric oven & hobs (stove tops), microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. There is a separate laundry room. One of the twin bedded rooms and a walk-in showroom with wc & basin is also on this level.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a south facing balcony. There are two further twin-bedded rooms with beamed ceilings, one of which has a large terrace that overlooks the pool (see above). These 2 bedrooms share the 3rd showroom.

All bedrooms on the 1st floor benefit from air-conditioning, the ground floor bedroom is supplied with a fan.

Outdoor living is very much a part of the lifestyle in Spain, with the all year round warm weather this is where you will spend most of your holiday. The pool is private and not overlooked and has Roman style child friendly steps leading into the shallow end; there are ample parasols and sun beds to relax on the Spanish sunshine with a good book in hand.

Please note that the pool has been slightly widened since these pictures were taken & the small grassed area at the side & end of the pool is now tiled.

There is a pool side BBQ and an attractive shaded dining area – why not swap traditional Sunday lunch for a long leisurely Sunday BBQ ... kick back, chill out and enjoy a glass of the local vino.

Located in the foothills of Mijas Costa at Campo Mijas, Casa Christina is just 5 minutes from the bustling seaside resort of Fuengirola which has long sandy beaches, tantalising restaurants, many shops and a lovely marina.

The picturesque Andalucian village of Mijas is also only 10 minutes away, here you will find many charming shops and restaurants - perfect for that early evening stroll. Inland can be found the 'Real Spain' of breathtaking mountain views and many 'Ventas' - the typical Spanish restaurant. One of my favourites is Venta Morena, is just 10 minutes by car on the Coin road.
