The long sandy beaches, the aquapark and the night life at Fuengirola are only a 10-minute drive away (7 km).

All the above rates are for a maximum of eight guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (except beach towels). For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean. We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

The modern kitchen at Tusculum holiday villa, Costa del Sol

The spacious sunny lounge/dining room with beamed ceilings is equipped with SKY satellite (free to view pack: BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Ch4, SKY news etc), DVD player and cd/radio/cassette player. The patio doors lead to a pretty bougainvillea draped terrace with table, chairs and bbq - perfect for all those out-door meals. You can even pick grapes straight off the vine for desert!

There is a fully fitted kitchen which includes gas oven and hobs (stove top), microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine etc. The separate utility room is equipped with a washing machine, iron & board.

The first bedroom is accessed from the hallway and has its own ensuite bathroom. The spacious main bedroom (king size bed) which also has an ensuite bathroom is accessed from the lounge and has large patio doors onto the terrace. The other 2 twin rooms can be accessed via connecting doors from this bedroom, they share a shower-room situated between the 2 rooms. Alternatively these 2 bedrooms can be accessed by the patio doors which lead directly from the garden.

The pool area is private and ideal for children

The pool is situated a few steps below the house in extensive and mature gardens, it is private and not overlooked. There are gentle steps leading into the shallow end of the pool which are perfect for young children. Ample sun loungers are provided for all guests.

The gardens are separated by tropical trees and plants into various grassed areas and terraces which provide both sun & shade. Great as play areas for children or as a private 'get-away-from-it-all' space for a quiet book or siesta.

The grape vine and bougainvillea covered terrace provides dappled shade ... a perfect place for sipping your evening sundowner just before dinner.

Spain in Winter is a delight. The bright blue skies and warm sunshine are great for escaping the worst of the winter weather at home. Also the fewer visitors during the winter months mean that airports, roads, restaurants and places of interest are all quieter and more enjoyable. Tusculum benefits from gas central heating making it a perfect venue for prolonged winter breaks when you like to be nice & cosy on cool winter evenings.
