All the above rates are for a maximum of eight guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (except beach towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

On entering the villa at road level there is a large lounge and annexed bar area that has a snooker/pool table. There is a TV, video, SKY satellite (free to view pack: BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Ch4, SKY news etc) and a cd/cassette/radio. There are large windows leading onto a patio with stunning views to the Mediterranean. Also on this level is a twin bedded room with en-suite bathroom and the large master double bedroom with a dressing area and an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom benefits from having its own large terrace (a great place to escape from the rest of the family for a quiet hour or two!).
El Chosun is air-conditioned - with heating in the winter (except for the small twin bedroom which has a fan); this is included in the tariff, there is no extra charge.
Down a flight of stairs is the dining room, which seats 8, and the fully fitted kitchen with gas stove top hobs, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster etc. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The two other twin bedded rooms and the third bathroom are also on this level. The dining room has large sliding patio windows which open onto a lovely shaded patio with table and chairs for dining al fresco.
Superb private pool and barbecue area
Leading from the patio are winding steps going down to the pool and barbecue area. Here you will find a small casita complete with a wet bar, fridge, a lovely built-in BBQ with table & chairs, sun loungers, parasol and a superb private pool (approx. 9m x 4m). There is also a poolside shower-room with wc & basin.

Inland can be found the 'Real Spain' of breathtaking mountain views and many 'Ventas' - the typical Spanish restaurants. One of our favourites, Venta Los Morenos, is just 15 minutes by car on the Alhaurin El Grande road. It's great for Sunday lunch - very cheap, very Spanish, very noisy - why not give it a try!
