These rates apply to a maximum of six guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (including pool towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.
Tastefully furnished with a high standard of decor
The large split level lounge/dining room is particularly bright and spacious with plenty of comfortable seating. There is a TV SKY satellite (limited channels, free to view pack: BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Ch4, SKY news etc), a DVD player and a stereo system. Leading from the lounge is the kitchen complete with gas hobs, electric oven, microwave, fridge + freezer compartment and a dishwasher. There is also a utility room complete with a washing machine and tumble-dryer.
On the same level as the lounge is a twin bedded room with an en-suite bathroom. The stairs from the lounge lead to the first floor large master bedroom with double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The third twin bedroom with en-suite shower-room is located in an annexe in the garden. This is a lovely room just 10 metres from the main house which offers privacy but is not too secluded.
The spacious split level lounge and dining room has a staircase leading to the master bedroom. Equipped with SKY satellite (limited channels, free to view pack: BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Ch4, SKY news etc), TV, DVD player and a stereo system, it's the perfect place to relax.
The outside twin bedroom (pictured bottom right) is in a separate annexe in the garden and has an en-suite shower room. The master bedroom (top right) and other twin bedroom (bottom left) both have en-suite bathrooms.
And for those of you that must stay 'connected' (and I'm unfortunately one of them!) Casa Clover also features a WiFi wireless internet connection (must bring your own laptop, no extra costs involved).
The pool area is private & not overlooked
The pool has shade for just part of the day ... there is always somewhere in the garden that has full sun to top up your tan!
Views of the Mediterranean and just a 5 minute stroll to Mijas Village
The private pool is not overlooked; it is L shaped and is situated adjacent to the lounge.
Close by is a built-in BBQ and a very attractive shaded dining area - the ideal place to sit, relax, read a book or dine al fresco. Next to the BBQ is a well disguised utility room with washing machine, dryer and pool-side fridge. Sun loungers, garden furniture etc are all provided.
