These rates apply to a maximum of six guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (including pool towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.
Tastefully furnished with a bright and airy feeling
The spacious lounge/dining area has lovely old rustic floors, beamed ceilings and an open log fireplace for those chilly winter evenings. SKY TV (free to view BBC package), a DVD player, CD/radio and games are all provided. Leading from the lounge is the modern kitchen, complete with electric hobs (stove tops) and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster etc. On the same level as the lounge are the two twin bedded rooms, one has an ensuite bathroom (with a shower in the bath) and the other has the bathroom just across the hall.
Up a flight of stairs you will find a bright and airy mezzanine seating area that has a gallery looking down to the lounge below. Off this second lounge, through a set of 'French Doors' is a small sunny terrace which overlooks the pool ... what a perfect place for an early evening glass of 'Fino' whilst watching the children still splashing around in the pool. Also, on this level is the charming master bedroom, that has it's own TV with SKY and an ensuite walk-in shower-room with WC and basin.

Situated next to the house is lovely private pool (can be heated for an additional £100 per week) complete with ample sun beds, pool towels, brolly etc; just below the pool is a lawned area that is a great place for children to play. There is a shaded poolside dining area and an Andalucian style built-in BBQ.
Casa Alquimia is a perfect place to indulge in a good book, kick back and forget all your toil and trouble!

Casa Alquimia is ideally located being just 5 minutes from the picturesque village of Mijas, with its narrow streets, quaint shops and friendly restaurants. At the beginning of the country lane leading to Casa Alquimia is 'Casa Navarra', a fantastic traditional Spanish restaurant that specialises in carne, see our restaurant guide.
Down the hill, only 5 minutes away are the long sandy beaches of Fuengirola ... with its delightful little marina and palm fringed promenade, it's a lovely location to enjoy a leisurely walk or a coffee overlooking the yachts. 'Lew Hoads' famous tennis club and restaurant is only 2 or 3 minutes away by car and a fun filled day at the AquaPark is just 5 minutes.
Whether you're looking for a beach and action holiday for the kids or a lazy getaway break, the Costa del Sol has something for everyone.
