These rates apply to a maximum of eight guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (including pool towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.
The atrium brings light to the whole ground floor
On the ground floor there is a very spacious comfortable lounge (which has an American style pool table - great for the children ... and dads too!), atrium/dining room and the fully fitted kitchen - electric oven, hobs (stove tops), microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine etc. There is a seperate laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the lounge there is a TV, SKY satellite (limited channels, free to view pack: BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Ch4, SKY news etc), DVD player, CD/Cassette and an extensive reading library for your enjoyment.
All the bedrooms are on the first floor. In one wing is a lovely double bedroom and a twin bedded room that share a connecting shower-room. The other wing has a twin bedded room with a shower-room ensuite and the large master bedroom which also has an ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned (& heated in the winter) ... no extra charge, included in the tariff.
The villa has a large patio and beautiful tropical gardens
There is a lovely shaded terrace with seating for 8, a great place to bbq, dine at night or watch the sun go down behind the mountains whilst sipping your glass of Rioja. Steps lead down from this terrace to the fabulous pool area which has ample sun beds and loungers. The pool has a larger than average shallow-end, 'Roman' type steps and is perfect for children.
Ideally situated to cater for most guests needs
Casa Mimosa is located in the foothills of Mijas Costa at Sierrezuela, about 5 minutes from Fuengirola town with its long sandy beaches and marina. One of the nicest beaches in the area is at La Cala de Mijas (8 km) ... the beach at La Cala is ideal for children and adults alike ... there are several chiringitos (beach bars) that serve mouth watering snacks and seafood.
Many International golf courses including Miraflores, Mijas golf, Santa Maria, Rio Real etc are all within a short 15-minute drive ... see our golf course guide . Lew Hoads famous tennis club is also only a short drive away as are the riding stables at Alhaurin Golf & Country Club.
