All the above rates are for a maximum of 8 guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (including pool towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.
Furnished and decorated to a high standard
On entering Boa Vista there is a bright south facing lounge/dining room; also on this level is one of the double bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. Located next to the dining area is the fully fitted kitchen complete with electric hobs (stove tops), oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, board and iron.
On the level below the lounge is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a further 2 twin bedded rooms that also share a 3rd bathroom. All these 3 bedrooms are south facing and have patio doors giving direct access to the garden and pool .... handy for that early morning dip! Boa Vista is fully air-conditioned (with heating in the winter) - this is included in the tariff, there is no extra charge.
The living areas are spacious and airy with windows that have panoramic views. There is a TV, DVD player, SKY satellite (limited channels, free to view pack: BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Ch4, SKY news etc) and a CD/Radio/Cassette player.
A lovely pool area with a built-in barbecue
The lounge leads directly onto a large patio with a beautiful private pool (approx. 9m x 4.5m), this has large Roman type steps and a shallow end which is ideal for children. Please note that the pool can be heated for an additional £100 per week. Comfortable sun loungers, pool towels and a poolside shower are all provided. Here you will also find a shaded dining area that seats up to eight and a built-in barbecue ... a perfect place to dine on those balmy evenings. Below the pool is a lawned area that is a great place for children to play.
Close to the picturesque village of Mijas
There is something for everyone in this area - the picturesque Andalucian village of Mijas has many charming shops and restaurants, perfect for that early evening stroll. Inland can be found the 'Real Spain' of breathtaking mountain views and many 'Ventas' - the typical Spanish restaurant. One of our favourites, Venta Los Morenos, is just 15 minutes by car on the Alhaurin El Grande road. It's great for Sunday lunch - very cheap, very Spanish, very noisy - why not give it a try! Lively Fuengirola is just 10 minutes away (8 km) and boasts many fine restaurants, water sports, beaches, a marina and an aquapark. Marbella with its marina and stylish shops is 30 minutes by car.
They call this the Costa del Golf and with nearly 60 golf courses in Andalucia, including more than 30 on the Costa del Sol, it's easy to see why! With year round sun the Costa del Sol is perfect for your golfing vacation; and Mijas is ideally situated for these many championship courses.
