All the above rates are for a maximum of eight guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (except beach towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

A lovely pool area with built-in BBQ
Outside there is a lovely pool with a built-in barbecue area, covered terrace, lawns and extensive gardens.
Furnished for both elegance and comfort
Villa La Cornisa is built on two floors - you enter the house on the upper floor which has the lounge/dining room, kitchen & the master bedroom with en suite bathroom. The lower level is by the pool & has three further bedrooms - one double bedroom with an ensuite shower/wc ; a twin bedded room & a lounge that has a sofa bed. These latter two bedrooms share a second family bathroom. Please note that access to the double bedroom is via the second lounge that has the sofa-bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and gas hobs, fridge freezer, microwave and a dishwasher. There is an adjoining pantry with washing machine. The living area is spacious and comfortable, with marble floors and windows with panoramic views. The dining area leads on to an outdoor dining terrace. TV, DVD player, SKY satellite (free to view pack: BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Ch4, SKY news etc) and a CD player are all provided. Villa Cornisa is partially air-conditioned (with heating in the winter) - this is included in the tariff, there is no extra charge.
Located close to the picturesque village of Mijas
The picturesque Andalucian village of Mijas has many charming shops and restaurants - perfect for that early evening stroll.
Inland can be found the 'Real Spain' of breathtaking mountain views and many 'Ventas' - the typical Spanish restaurant. One of our favourites, Venta Los Morenos, is just 15 minutes by car on the Alhaurin El Grande road. It's great for Sunday lunch - very cheap, very Spanish, very noisy - why not give it a try!
