These rates apply to a maximum of six guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (including pool towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

Tasteful neutral decor with splashes of contrasting colour
The spacious lounge is light, bright and airy with tall vaulted ceilings; leading from the lounge is the dining room with seating for 6. SKY TV (free to view package), a DVD player and a CD-radio are all provided. Directly outside the lounge is a shaded dining terrace with spectacular views of the Andalucian countryside with Africa in the far distance ... what a wonderful place to sit and enjoy your Mediterranean feast. The new, modern kitchen has granite worktops & is fully equipped with electric hobs (stove tops), oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and toaster. Please note that the washing machine and tumble dryer is located in a separate utility room near to the lower bedrooms.
On the same level as the lounge is the en suite Master bedroom with a lovely wrought iron double bed. The en suite bathroom comprises of a spa bath, walk in shower, sink and wc. Downstairs you will find the 2 twin bedrooms which share a bathroom comprising of a shower over the bath, sink and wc.
Large private pool and Andalucian style BBQ
Casa Amapola has a lovely large private floodlit pool (approx.10m x 5m) with gentle Roman style steps leading into the shallow end. The pool area has plenty of comfortable sun beds, and benefits from the sun all day long. A perfect place to relax and soak up the rays or enjoy a good book. The poolside dining is shaded by a large sun parasol and there is an Andalucian style BBQ for cooking up a memorable meal. Next to the pool is a small grassed area & below the pool area is a terraced orchard with citrus trees.
Tranquil country setting yet only 5 minutes from Mijas Pueblo
Casa Amapola is located in the prestigious area of Valtacado, just 5 minutes from the picturesque village of Mijas with its quaint shops and friendly restaurants and 10 minutes from the long sandy beaches of Fuengirola ... with its delightful marina and palm fringed promenade, it's a lovely location to enjoy a leisurely walk or a coffee overlooking the yachts.
This area is full of Spanish Ventas (restaurants), the nearest is just a few minutes away ... Venta de los Condes a little favourite of mine, a great place for a cold beer and a tapa or two!
The Seve Ballesteros designed Alhaurin golf course is just 5 minutes by car as are the riding stables and tennis courts at The Alhaurin Country Club.
