These rates apply to a maximum of six guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (except beach towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

The main lounge is spacious and airy and has a wood burning stove, TV (Spanish), DVD player and a cd/radio/cassette player. Just off the main lounge is a sun lounge ... this leads directly out to the pool & gardens ... an ideal place to relax whilst watching the children in the pool.
Most of the accommodation is on one level (except for the 2nd upper level galleried lounge which is reached via a spiral staircase ... an ideal spot for a little peace and privacy or a quiet drink before dinner). There is a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom ... across from the spacious lounge/dining room you will find the second twin bedded room and the double bedroom ... these 2 rooms share a shower-room with basin & wc. On the same level is also the fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hobs (stove top), microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee maker etc.
Buhardilla also features a WiFi wireless internet connection (must bring your own laptop, no extra costs involved).
Lounge around the pool at La Buhardilla
The large pool (approx. 10m x 5m) is great for children ... there are Roman steps and the depth varies from 1 metre to 2.5 metres. There is also plenty of garden space for children to play (the property is fenced). Close by the pool is a shaded area with a built-in Andalucian style bbq for al fresco meals on those sunfilled days and balmy evenings.
Ideally situated to cater for most guests interests
Villa La Buhardilla is secluded but not isolated and is in an ideal location to experience the 'Real Spain' ... an area peppered with traditional Spanish restaurants ("ventas") amid breathtaking mountain views.
There is plenty to see and do in this area ... the drive to the historic town of Ronda is one not to be missed ... and the famous Alhambra Palace in Granada is an interesting 2 hour drive. If the beach is more your thing ... you can be on the beach in Fuengirola in about 20 minutes! The Seve Ballesteros-designed Alhaurin golf course is just 5 minutes by car as are the riding stables at the Alhaurin Country Club.
