These rates apply to a maximum of 4 guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (except beach towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

The rustic style accommodation is spacious and well decorated
The lounge/dining room is spacious and has a high vaulted ceiling that keeps the property cool and airy in the summer. There is also a working fireplace that you can use during the cooler winter evenings. TV, VIA digital satellite (international but mainly Spanish), DVD player and a cd/radio/cassette player are all supplied as are a selection of games.
The double bedroom and bathroom are located down a half flight of steps at one end of the lounge; the second bedroom is situated above. The kichen is charming and has a small breakfast table and just outside you can use the shaded BBQ area to enjoy your al fresco meals. The kitchen is complete with gas hobs (stove top), combination microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. There is a separate laundry room.
The free-form pool blends into its surroundings
This fantastic pool is approximatly 14m x 8m. The shallow end gently shelves and is ideal for small children. There is plenty of space to place your sunbeds and shaded areas to cool off in. Close to the house is a traditional Andalucian style built-in BBQ with a shaded dining area.
The gardens are extensive and well tended
Malvarosa is secluded but not isolated; your friendly neighbours won't mind if you make acquaintance with the sheep and the hens that sometimes wander freely through the surrounding area!
This is an area peppered with traditional Spanish ventas (restaurants) amid breathtaking mountain views. The nearest Venta De Los Condes is just 1.5km away and another of my favourites Venta Los Morenos about 5km towards Alhaurin ... if you want serving, wave your arms and hope for the best!
The Seve Ballesteros-designed Alhaurin golf course is just 5 minutes by car as are the riding stables and country club.
