The beach and small marina at Puerto Cabopino is only 5 minutes by car and one of the nicest beaches in the area at La Cala de Mijas just 10 mins in the car. The beach at La Cala is ideal for children and adults alike ... there are several chiringitos (beach bars) that serve mouth watering snacks and seafood.
Come to Spain where the locals celebrate fiestas with a passion and the atmosphere has a relaxed 'manana' attitude.

These rates apply to a maximum of six guests + 1 child on a sofa bed + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (excluding pool towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

This modern bright house comprises on the 1st floor 2 bedrooms each with twin beds ... these bedrooms share a shower-room with wc & basin; 1 cloakroom with wc & basin, a spacious lounge and dining area. Also in the lounge is a sofa bed that is suitable for 1 child. Leading off the lounge is an attractive shaded terrace that overlooks the pool and gardens.
The TV is Spanish but you can pick up SKY news, CNN & Eurosport. A DVD player is provided as is a cd player.
The fitted kitchen has an electric oven & hobs (stove tops), microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster etc. There is a separate laundry room with a wshing machine, iron & ironing board.
Down a flight of stairs leads to the master suite which has an en-suite shower-room with wc & basin. This lovely room has a table, chairs, tv & coffee making facilities. There is a private patio with direct access to the pool and gardens.
Siesta in the shade or sunbathe by the pool
Your floodlit pool is private and has Roman type steps for easy access into the shallow end by children. Comfortable sun loungers are provided as is a sun-brolly, poolside bbq, table & chairs. Overlooking the pool is a lovely shaded terrace ... the perfect spot for a sundowner or to fall asleep whilst reading a book! The lawns and gardens are extensive and have many fruit trees ... a great place for children to play.

Villa Casandra is located in Sitio de Calahonda on the Mijas Costa, which is approximately half way between the bustling sea-side resort of Fuengirola and the more sophisticated Marbella with its designer shops and jet-set Puerto Banus (the best place to people watch!)
There are many golf courses within easy reach of Villa Casandra - Milleflores is just over 10 minutes as is Rio Real, and you can be teeing off at Mijas in only 15 mins.
