Mijas Green, adjacent to Los Lagos 5th fairway, is only a 10 minutes walk from Mijas Golf's main clubhouse and restaurant. There are 2 more restaurants within walking distance. The village of Mijas is about a 10 minute drive, with its pretty streets and shops it's a "must" place to visit.
Fuengirola the main town, just 3 km away - is a lively resort with hundreds of restaurants, many discos and a marina. If you don't wish to drive, taxis are plentiful and cheap. For the children, the aqua park is very close and the beaches of Fuengirola are again only 10 minutes away.
Mijas Green is ideal for golfers as well as sun worshippers alike.

These rates apply to a maximum of six guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (except beach towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

The large pool is shared - but it never gets crowded. This is the perfect place to cool off before relaxing on the comfortable sun loungers. The townhouse has an attractive patio area set in immaculate landscaped gardens. Another favourite place to relax, read a book in the shade or admire the view.

The property comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge (with fireplace) and a dining area, the dining table extents to seat 6. There is a fully fitted kitchen with electric hobs, cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. All the furnishings are tastefully co-ordinated and the house is well maintained. Large flat screen TV with SKY satellite (free to view pack: BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Ch4, SKY news etc), DVD player and a cd / radio / cassette player are provided for your enertainment.
There is an attractive patio, with an awning and sun loungers, which opens directly onto the garden and pool area. Mijas Green is located in a small, quiet, high quality development consisting of about 20 townhouses and apartments. The car park is convenient and is only a few steps from the entrance.
