The beaches and aquapark at Fuengirola are 7 km.away and it takes just 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bus - there you will find a lively resort with many shops, mile upon mile of beaches and an attractive marina where you can take an evening sail on-board 'Dawn Approach' - a lovely old sailing vessel, or dine in one of the harbourside restaurants.

These rates apply to a maximum of four guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (including pool towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

The fitted kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, gas hobs (stove top), fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, juicer etc. There is also a washing machine. The lounge has a TV and SKY satellite (limited channels, free to view pack: BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Ch4, SKY news etc), DVD & a CD/radio. Leading from the lounge is a private patio with seating for 4; the pool is conveniently located just 10 metres away. The apartment is well maintained and is one of approximately ten in the development. La Fuente also benefits from having its own private car park. Also see La Fuente No.4 & La Fuente No.8
Siesta in the shade or sunbathe by the pool
Although the pool is shared it never gets busy and is just a few steps from your terrace (please note that No.10 is in a more private position and doesn't overlook the the pool). The terrace has views towards the coast and is a great place to relax and read a book. It has sun-loungers, chairs and a small table.
La Fuente has easy access to many local attractions
A car is not essential at La Fuente as the picturesque village of Mijas with its many charming shops is only a 5 minute stroll away. Restaurants, bars, the supermarket and the bus stop are all close by.
Venture just a short way inland to uncover the delights of the 'Real Spain' of breathtaking mountain views and many 'Ventas' - the typical Spanish restaurant. One of my favourites is Venta Morena, is just 10 minutes by car on the Coin road. It's great for Sunday lunch - very cheap, very Spanish, very noisy - why not give it a try! ... see my restaurant guide.
