All the above rates are for a maximum of 7 guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: all linen/towels (except beach towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

The accommodation is modern and the kitchen is well equipped
This modern bright townhouse comprises of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower-room, lounge and dining area. There is a fully fitted kitchen with gas hobs (stove tops), electric oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine etc. Espiritu Libre is fully air conditioned (with heating in the winter months) in all bedrooms & the lounge.
There is a sofa bed in the lounge that can be used for a 7th guest (a child) at no extra charge. For your entertainment there is a TV, SKY satellite (limited channels, free to view pack: BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Ch4, SKY news etc), DVD player and a cd/radio/cassette player.
Leading off the lounge is an attractive private courtyard with sun-loungers, dining table with chairs and a built-in bbq. The roof terrace has shade and views towards the mediteranean... great places to relax and unwind after a day on the beach.

La Cala beach is only a short walk away. Enjoy the day sun-bathing and a leisurely lunch in one of the many restaurants.

Espititu Libre (Free Spirit) is located in the lovely seaside village of La Cala, Mijas Costa, which is approximately half way between the bustling sea-side resort of Fuengirola and the more sophisticated Marbella with its designer shops and jet-set Puerto Banus (the best place to people watch!)
The beach at La Cala is ideal for children and adults alike ... there are several chiringitos (beach bars) that serve mouth watering snacks and seafood. The resort also has many small tapas bars and fine restaurants that are only a few minutes stroll away. A short distance inland is the La Cala golf and country club; several more courses including Miraflores, Mijas Golf, Santa Maria, Rio Real etc ... all are within a 10-minute drive.

"Thank you from the Perkins-Hill's for a fabulous time at Espiritu Libre in Mijas, the villa was brilliant, the photos on the web site looked good but not as good as in real life. Our boys loved every minute of the holiday especially the beach 2 mins away, the weather was great (not your domain I know) and the town was lovely, not noisy-until Halloween-they really celebrate, we must have had 50 trick or treaters, with the last ones coming at 11.45pm! I can't believe the boys and Paul's mum slept through the noisy fireworks!
The bonus for me was I saw only one cockroach and that was in Fuengirola Zoo on display. Brilliant!
