All the above rates are for a maximum of 10 guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and include: weekly maid service, pool maintenance, all linen/towels (including pool towels).
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.
Villa front elevation and pool
The central courtyard is the focal point of the house, this lovely shaded area is a perfect place for dining or simply relaxing after lunch to take an afternoon siesta .. it's certainly the place you would find me! With pine forest to the back and the Mediterranean below, the setting could not be more perfect. The large pool (approx. 12m x 8m) is situated in extensive lawns and tropical gardens - it's a great place for the children to play.
This villa's interior is spacious and full of character
The ground floor comprises of a large entrance hallway, dining room, small lounge with TV, DVD Player and SKY satellite (free to view pack: BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Ch4, SKY news etc), 1 x twin bedroom, 1 x bathroom and the kitchen which is fully equipped with electric oven, gas hobs (stove top), microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine etc.
On the first floor you will find the further 2 x double & 2 x twin bedrooms, 3 x bathrooms and an outside balcony surrounding a central courtyard. The master bedroom is air-conditioned, fans are supplied for the other bedrooms.
WiFi Wireless ADSL Internet is available at Las Columnas (must bring your own laptop, no extra costs) + Free National & EU International calls to landlines.

The picturesque Andalucian village of Mijas is just a 10 minute walk away and has many charming shops and restaurants - perfect for that early evening stroll.
Inland can be found the 'Real Spain' filled with breathtaking mountain views and many 'Ventas' - the typical Spanish restaurant.One of our favourites, Venta Los Morenos, is just 15 minutes by car on the Alhaurin El Grande road. It's great for Sunday lunch - very cheap, very Spanish, very noisy - why not give it a try?!
