Las Golondrinas 14G is a superb new fully air-conditioned apartment that overlooks Mijas Golf course.
All the furnishings have been tastefully co-ordinated by it's discerning owner and have a real feel of quality.
All it will take is 5 minutes to be on the first tee at Mijas Golf ... several more courses including La Cala, Miraflores, Santa Maria, Rio Real, etc are all within a 15-minute drive. The famous Lew Hoads Tennis Club is only 10 minutes away and the Alhaurin Country Club with riding and tennis 10/15 minutes by car.
POOL HEATING: Please note that as this is a shared pool we have no control over when the pool is or isn't heated or to what temperature ... so there is no charge for pool heating at this property.

All the above rates are for a maximum of 4 guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (excluding beach towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

A superb pool and luxurious accommodation makes for a great holiday
The property comprises of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a walk in shower, a seperate shower room and a lounge with a dining area. The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with electric hobs (stove tops), oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine etc.
For those relaxing evenings at home there is a TV, SKY satellite (limited channels, free to view pack: BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Ch4, SKY news etc), DVD player and a cd/radio/cassette player.
Pool area & your private terrace
The pool is only about 50 metres from your apartment, the pool area has views of the mountains.

Your private terrace is just the most perfect place to enjoy a sundowner whilst watching the last golfers of the day miss the green and find a bunker yet again! This is also a great spot to sunbathe in privacy during the day.
There is something for everyone on the Costa del Sol
There is something for everyone on this coast - lively Fuengirola is just 5 minutes away (3 km) and boasts many fine restaurants, water sports, beaches, a marina and an aquapark. La Cala (8 km) is a seaside village, again with many restaurants, (including one of my favourites - Mijas Playa), a few shops and a lovely beach. Sophisticated Marbella with its designer shops and jet-set Puerto Banus (the best place to people watch!) are only a 25-minute drive.
