There is a bar & restaurant in the gardens and many other fine restaurants nearby. The apartment benefits from uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean.

All the above rates are for a maximum of four guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (except beach towels). For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean. We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

The balcony of the apartment looks out towards beautiful mature gardens; a bar and restaurant are in the grounds which are just 100 metres from the sea. Visitors to Rocas Del Mar C203 can enjoy the benefits of two community pools and a tennis court.

Easy access to the top resorts of Fuengirola and Marbella

Rocas Del Mar is C203 located on Mijas Costa, which is approximately half way between the bustling sea-side resort of Fuengirola and the more sophisticated Marbella.

With its charming Orange Square Marbella is an ideal place for the men to sit, have a beer and people watch while the ladies browse the designer shops. Whilst in Marbella you must try one of my favourite restaurants located in the marina - the Restaurante Maritimo. The view from the balcony across the boats is fantastic ..... and there's a menu to match! Take a table on the terrace, order a beer and select some tapas from the list.
