The private (heated) pool has a shallow end and Roman type steps that are suitable for children. This area enjoys sunshine most of the day and is well equipped with sun-beds, tables, a parasol and even a fridge for your cold drinks ... just add a lemon from one of the many fruit trees!
Next to the lounge is one of many lovely terraces with a table and seating, an ideal place for a sun-downer before your evening BBQ.

The main entrance is on the same level as the comfortably furnished lounge which has SKY satellite TV (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Ch4, Ch5, Sky news), dvd player and a cd/radio. The property also benefits from Wi-Fi ADSL Internet (bring your own computer).
One of the double bedded rooms with en-suite shower-room is also on this level. Just outside the lounge overlooking the (heated) pool and gardens is a lovely terrace with a table and seating, an ideal place for a sun-downer before your evening BBQ.
Leading from the lounge up a few steps is the dining room and well equipped kitchen - electric oven, gas hobs (stove tops), dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer, juicer, coffee machine, toaster etc. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, iron & board.
The main accommodation is down a flight of stairs from the lounge, here you will find a small bedroom with bunk beds and a lovely double bedroom with murals painted on the walls ... these 2 bedrooms share a walk-in shower room with wc & basin. Down a few more steps is a twin bedded room which has an ensuite shower-room with wc and basin. Next to this bedroom is the master bedroom with a king bed, a dressing area and direct access to the gardens ... this bedroom has a bathroom with a bath, wc and basin. The talented previous owner was a well known local artist who has delicately painted some of the bedroom walls with beach & seascapes. The lounge and all the bedrooms benefit from air conditioning (included in the tariff).

Situated close to the main house, this new air conditioned Guest Suite has a 4-poster double bed and a quality sofa bed; there is an en-suite walk-in type shower-room with wc and basin.The Guest Suite also has it's own tv monitor & Sony Playstation 2 for playing games or watching DVD'S (please bring your own games & favourite films).
Just outside the studio is a large terrace with a teak table and seating for 6, a perfect place for breakfast with friends before another hard day lounging around the (heated) pool!

Los Olivos has much loved and well tended tropical gardens, with space for children to play and with avenues of fruit trees and peaceful private areas to relax and read a book in the shade or just simply day dream admiring the views across the Andalucian countryside.
The beaches and aquapark at Fuengirola are only 10 minutes drive away (6km). Mijas Pueblo is just a short hop by car and many championship golf courses are within easy reach. Lew Hoads' famous tennis club and the riding stables at Alhaurin are also close by.
You can discover the "Real Spain" just inland where you'll find breathtaking mountain views, pine forests and many "ventas" - the traditional Spanish restaurants.
