All the above rates are for a maximum of thirteen guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (except beach towels). There is a seperate Chalet Sophia which sleeps 4 more guests (2 x twins) - Additional £350 pw.
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

Decorated & furnished to a high standard
All of the accommodation is on the ground floor with the exception of one air-conditioned twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with a bath & a walk-in shower) which is on the 1st floor. All four ground floor air-conditioned bedrooms (2 x twins and 2 doubles - one of which also has a single bed) are spacious and have good sized wardrobes, bedside tables with individual reading lamps. All the ground floor bedrooms are ensuite except for one of the twins - this room has it's own bathroom with wc & basin - this is located right next door to this twin bedroom. There is also a conveniently located cloakroom with wc and basin.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with electric oven & hobs (Stove tops), microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker etc. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, drying facilities, iron and ironing board.
Villa Lisetta also features a WiFi wireless internet connection (must bring your own laptop, no extra costs involved).
The infinity pool has a large child friendly shallow end
The 16 metre infinity pool has a shallow end which is just perfect for small children ... it is only calf deep, the full pool width and extends out for approx. 3 metres to gentle Roman type steps that lead down into the main pool. Also a great place for dad's to imitate a 'beached whale'! Near to the pool, under a fig tree, is a small 'Wendy' house for children and in the back garden swings & a see-saw. There are also extensive lawned areas for children to play on.
Close to the pool is a large shaded terrace (see page 2 for photograph) with comfortable chairs, a bbq and outside al-fresco dining facilities ... the terrace overlooks the flood-lit pool. There is also an outdoor table tennis table for your use.
A peaceful location ... yet just 5 minutes from the restaurants in Alharin El Grande
Villa Lisetta is secluded but not isolated and is in an ideal location to experience the 'Real Spain' ... an area peppered with traditional Spanish restaurants ("ventas") amid breathtaking mountain views.
There is plenty to see and do in this area ... the drive to the historic town of Ronda is one not to be missed ... and the famous Alhambra Palace in Granada is an interesting 2 hour drive. If the glitz of Puerto Banus and the shopping or beaches in Marbella is more your thing ... then the 'new' road will have you there in under 30 minutes!
The Seve Ballesteros-designed Alhaurin golf course is just 10 minutes by car as are the riding stables and Tennis courts at the Alhaurin Country Club. The charming picturesque village of Mijas is just 15 minutes away by car.

Chalet Sophia is within the grounds of Villa Lisetta available to sleep an additional 4 guests at £350 per week extra (please note: Chalet Sophia is only available when you book Villa Lisetta).
This charming wooden cottage is situated just 50 metres below Villa Lisetta and comprises on the ground floor of a cosy lounge with sofa & tv, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a shower-room with wc and basin.
The spacious loft area is accessed by an external staircase and has 2 single beds and it's own private balcony with fabulous views. The loft area is not really suitable for the elderly or very young children. Chalet Sophia also benefits from it's own driveway & ample parking space.
