Alta Mira, your holiday home with style and space
As you enter your holiday villa and turn left you will find the large bright open plan living area. The stylish modern kitchen features an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc. Please note in the separate utility room located next to the games room you will find another washing machine, tumble dryer and a huge American style fridge freezer, ideal for keeping all those drinks and ice creams cold.
Open onto the kitchen is the dining area which flows down into the lounge. The large french windows flood the area with light and open onto a large veranda with seating for everyone and stunning views. Imagine relaxing at breakfast time drinking freshly squeezed Orange Juice and sipping coffee.
The comfortable lounge has a flat screen TV , SKY satellite (free to view pack: BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Ch4, SKY news etc), FTE (German Satellite), DVD player and a Sony stereo system.
All the bedrooms are generously sized and have good veiws. Two of the bedrooms are located to the right of the entrance, up a few steps and past a seating area with a card table. The first bedroom has a separate shower room containing a large walk in shower, W/C and basin. The second bedroom is en-suite with a shower over the bath, modern double sink and W/C. On the middle level you will find the other 2 spacious en-suite twin bedrooms both with walk in showers, W/C and basin.
Down a few more stairs is the small second kitchen which has an electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine etc. Opposite is the utility room with an American style fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Next to this kitchen is the large airy games room with its own bar area complete with fridge, perfect for creating your own custom cocktail…perhaps a Mijas Margarita or a jug of Spanish Sangria. The games room has plenty of space to shoot some pool, relax on one of the 3 leather sofas, play a game of cards or watch a DVD on the 42” HD flat screen TV.

A big part of a Spanish holiday is spending time outside and making the most of the sunshine, and the outdoor areas at this property are just great for this.
Directly outside the games room is one of the lovely terrace area with comfortable seating, perfect for kicking off your shoes, curling up and enjoying a good book. The seating here is located at exactly the spot which receives the last rays of sun in the evenin ... the perfect location for a sundowner.
The large floodlit pool (approx. 9m x 4m) has gentle Roman Style steps where I’m sure your children will love to play or provide a perfect spot to wallow. There are plenty of sun beds for everyone and an outdoor shower to refresh yourself after that dip in the pool. There is available for guests with toddlers a BabySecure fencing system around the pool ... it is easy to fit & guests are requested to put this up themselves & store away before departure. Just below the pool is a shower-room with wc & basin.

The BBQ area is shaded by vines, not only a great place to enjoy a memorable meal but a good spot to enjoy an afternoon siesta in the shade.
The location of Alta Mira means that there is something for everyone near by, tat's if you can tear yourself away! You could be walking in the scenic Mijas mountains , wandering around the local shops or you could be playing golf at one the many championship golf courses (see our golf pages for details on courses in the area). The young or the young at heart could be building sand castles on a nearby beach (see our beach guide for more details) or searching for adventure at the Mijas Aqua Park.
