All the above rates are for a maximum of eight guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance & all linen/towels (including pool towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

Villa Corazon has a wonderful light & airy feel with most of the rooms taking advantage of those spectacular views. The accommodation is on 2 levels. The entrance to the house is on the upper level where you will find the sunny lounge, dining room, kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. There is a separate TV room which has SKY satellite free to view pack, DVD and CD stereo system. A large outdoor terrace running the length of the house can be accessed from either the lounge or dining area, a perfect place for breakfast or an evening meal watching the sun set over the Mediterranean.
On the upper level connecting the living areas with the sleeping accommodation is the hallway with a separate WC & basin. The air conditioned master bedroom is located on this upper floor and has a dressing room, en suite bathroom with shower over bath, WC & basin and separate en suite shower room with WC & basin.
Down a flight of stairs are the 3 additional bedrooms - an air conditioned twin bedroom which has direct access to the pool and garden area. Next to this bedroom is a bathroom which has a walk-in shower, a bath, WC & basin (note: there are 2 doors into this bathroom ... one from the twin bedroom & another from the hallway). Down the hallway is the second double bedroom ... through this bedroom is access to the second twin which is air conditioned. Beyond the twin bedroom is a shower room with shower, WC & basin. Please note that this second twin can also be accessed from the outside terrace.
Shaded Pool Side Dining.
Switch sheltering from the rain to relaxing in the shade outside at Villa Corazon. The wet British summer will soon be forgotten after your first BBQ here. The shaded BBQ area has a bar with a fridge to keep your drinks cool by the pool and an Andalucian style BBQ for cooking up a memorable meal.
The pool area is private with stunning views of the coast and mountains. There are plenty of sun beds to relax on and the inviting pool is approx. 9m x 4m. The pool can be heated (for an additional charge) and has gentle Roman style steps suitable for children.
Mijas for a Memorable Holiday.
Mijas has some of the most amazing scenery to rival anywhere in the world and the Spanish people are warm and friendly.
Here in Mijas the cool breeze in the summer freshens the long hot summer days and the sunshine in the winter warms the skin.
The location means there is something for everyone nearby. Golden beaches, shopping malls and markets, excellent restaurants, many golf courses and scenic walks......all can be reached easily from Villa del Corazon.
Inland can be found the 'Real Spain' of breathtaking mountain views and many 'Ventas' - the typical Spanish restaurant. One of our favourites, Venta Los Morenos, is just 15 minutes by car on the Alhaurin El Grande road. It's great for Sunday lunch - very cheap, very Spanish, very noisy - why not give it a try!
Villa del Corazon is also well situated for those seeking a cultural holiday ... the drive to the historic town of Ronda is one not to be missed, and the famous Alhambra Palace in Granada is an interesting 2 hour drive. Cordoba and Sevilla are also both easily accessible with a hire car or by coach.
