These rates apply to a maximum of eight people + an infant in a cot and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (including pool towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.
A comfortably furnished 4 bedroom villa
You enter Casa Delfin into a hallway with a beautiful domed ceiling. Through a set of French double doors is the spacious open plan lounge/dining room that has a TV, SKY Satellite (Free to view pack), DVD player and a stereo system. The lounge opens directly onto a large veranda with an outdoor dining table. On this floor is also a cloakroom with wc and basin.
The kitchen can be accessed from the entrance hall or lounge. It is well equipped with an electric hob (stove top) and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. There are 2 washing machines downstairs in a separate utility room.
The stylishly decorated master bedroom is on the same level as the lounge and features an ensuite bathroom has a sink, w/c, bidet and a shower over the bath. This bedroom also has direct access to the front veranda and has its own table and chairs ... a perfect spot for a romantic breakfast for two!
There are 3 more bedrooms downstairs. The second master bedroom overlooks the pool and with sliding terrace doors it gives direct access to the pool area. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a w/c, sink, bidet, and a shower over the bath. The 2 twin bedrooms share a large bathroom with a sink, bidet, and a shower over the bath.

The large private pool & features Roman style steps making access easy for children ... perfect for cooling off on a long hot summers day. No need to use a towel to reserve your sunbed by your own private pool as there are plenty of them for you all to use in both the sun and the shade. Access to the pool area can be easily controlled to ensure small children cannot stray without supervision.
Under the balcony there is a cool shady spot where you will find the outside lounge area ... sample the local vino whilst watching the antics in the pool.
The BBQ area is located next to the pool and there is plenty of space to seat everyone and enjoy some alfresco dining.
Buckets and spades, sun and fun, the Costa del Sol has something for everyone
Just 500m from Casa Delphin is a bar serving great BBQ food. The pretty white village of Mijas with its many excellent restaurants is only a short drive away (or 30 minute walk, the first 500m is uphill). The narrow cobbled streets are a lovely place to stroll and browse the shops or if walking is too much like exercise, why not take a donkey ride on one of the famous Mijas taxis.
The local sandy beaches of Fuengirola are less than a 10min drive away. The promenade is peppered with beach bars and restaurants and you can take a boat trips from the marina. Then again why not do something completely different and visit the Wolf Sanctuary near Antequera for the Night Howl !
Casa Delphin is also well situated for those seeking a cultural holiday ... the drive to the historic town of Ronda is one not to be missed, and the famous Alhambra Palace in Granada is an interesting 2 hour drive. Cordoba and Sevilla are also both easily accessible with a hire car or by coach.
