Casa Alexander has a fabulous outside bar area with barbecue, American pool table, small spa pool and plenty of sun longers to relax on around the pool. The large swimming pool has been designed with a portion exclusively for children to paddle in safely ... watch out for that dolphin - it really does look like it is about to join in the fun!

Casa de Alexander has been beautifully furnished throughout by it's discerning owner. The impressive entrance hall to the villa is flanked on both sides by stairways leading to the 1st floor of the villa. Straight ahead takes you directly to the lounge, a perfect area to sit and relax away from the beating sun. There are plenty of leather sofas to sit and unwind and watch some television on the huge 60" screen - maybe catch up on those favourite programmes from back home or watch a DVD. There is also a beautiful 8 seater dining table just off the lounge area.
Both the lounge and dining area have large patio doors leading out to the pool area - but more of that later!
Just off the dining area can be found the 'chefs' kitchen, which has been fully fitted to the highest of specifications. Indeed you will find everything you need here to prepare a sandwich to a gourmet meal! There is also a 6 seater breakfast table here to enjoy your morning coffee and "pan con tomate".
To the other side of the lounge is a study for those of you are anxious to stay in touch with the office whilst enjoying a break. Wireless internet connection is available. There is also a cloakroom here with toilet, bidet and vanity unit.
The separate studio apartment is located just 20 meters from the main house & has a self contained phone entry system & side gate. The apartment is air conditioned & has a double bed, fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, cooker hob, fridge etc. The bathroom has a full size bath with a shower-over-the-bath. SKY satellite TV is provided.
Choose either of the winding staircases to lead you to the first floor where the majority of the bedrooms can be found.
Bedroom one has plenty of space and houses a double bed, this room also has its own television with Sky TV. The en suite bathroom comprises bath, shower, toilet and vanity unit.
Bedroom two houses a single bed, although this can be made into a double bed should there be two smaller members in the party wishing to share a rooom. The ensuite bathroom comprises shower, toilet and vanity unit.
Bedroom three is the same as bedroom one on the opposite side of the floor and bedroom four is the same as bedroom two.
The master bedroom is the last, but certainly not the least, of the bedrooms on this floor. Prepared to be blown away when entering this room! This bedroom is almost a suite in its own right ... the room houses a four poster double bed, and has been elegantly furnished throughout. The master bedroom has its own terrace where you can sit and relax away from the rest of your group. The en suite bathroom is truly a room to behold. Luxuriate a la Cleopatra in this Roman themed bathroom. There is a large walk in shower, bath, toilet and double vanity unit. There is also a large dressing area just off the bathroom.
The downstairs of the house is where all your rest and relaxation is sure to take place! The final bedroom is down here and houses a double bed and its own television. There is also a further bathroom on this floor with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and vanity unit.
When entering the downstairs you are met first by the full size snooker table. Why not relax at the bar and pour yourself a cooling drink - who needs to go out! This room also has a large 50" LCD TV with Sony playstation, and table futball.
Close to the beach and restaurants provides for an ideal family holiday
Casa de Alexander is located near the bottom of a private urbanization called La Capellania, only minutes in the car from the beach at Carvajal. There are plenty of excellent restaurants, bars and shops close by in Benalmadena Pueblo. The lively Banalmadena marina is only about 10 minutes drive from the villa with a further selection of quality restaurants and late night bars and clubs.
Inland can be found the 'Real Spain' of breathtaking mountain views and many 'Ventas' - the typical Spanish restaurant. One of my favourites is Venta Morena, it is just 15 minutes by car on the Coin road. It's great for Sunday lunch - very cheap, very Spanish, very noisy - why not give it a try! ... see my restaurant guide.
They call this the Costa del Golf and with nearly 60 golf courses in Andalucia, including more than 30 on the Costa del Sol, it's easy to see why! With year round sun the Costa del Sol is perfect for your golfing vacation; and Benalmadena is ideally situated for these many championship courses.
