These rates apply to a maximum of five guests + an infant in a cot (crib) and includes: pool maintenance, gardener & all linen/towels (including pool towels).
For bookings up to 10 nights the maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Bookings for 11 nights or more will also have a mid stay linen/towel change and clean.
We don't take a damage deposit, but in addition to the above rates there is a mandatory damage waiver fee of £5 per person, per booking. This is to cover you for any accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday, this will cover you up to the value of £150.00 per person.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation.

This quality villa is something special. The stunning views of the Mediterranean & Moraccan architecture and colours all add to the charm of Finca del Leon.
To the left of the hall is the airy lounge which has 3 sets of large French windows that overlook the pool area. The lounge has a TV, SKY (free to view pack - BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Ch4, SKY news etc), DVD player, books and games. The large Spanish style kitchen with dining area has unusual work surfaces inlaid with stone and is equipped with electric hobs, combi microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster etc. The separate utility room is located outside & has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The three bedrooms are situated to the right of the hall. The spacious terracotta coloured master bedroom has a 4 poster bed & an en suite bathroom featuring a sunken bath complete with shower over the bath, bidet, wc & basin. The twin bedroom has its own walk-in shower room & basin. The single bedroom is located next to the master bedroom ... this bedroom can be accessed either from the hall or the master bedroom. There is also a cloakroom with wc, bidet & basin.
The Guest Apartment
Outside is a separate air conditioned guest suite (pictured above) with a king & a single bed, en suite bathroom with shower over the bath, wc & basin ... perfect if some members in your party would like a little more privacy. There is also tea & coffee making facilities provided.
Live the Mediterranean Life
Just below the lounge is the pool area ... the pool is approx. 10m x 3.5m & has wide child friendly steps. The pool can also be heated for an additional charge.
Barbequing in Spain is a must! Why not take your time over lunch and try 'salchicas' (Spanish sausages) or pinchitas (Spanish kebabs) while sampling a glass or two of Rioja ... then slip away for some quiet time in the gardens which are on several terraced levels above the villa (these are accessed by walkways & steps - not suitable for unaccompanied small children) .... find a sunbed, grab a book or siesta to the sound of the cicadas.
Simply Serene
Finca del Leon offers the best of both worlds, "Far From the Madding Crowd", yet close to all you could want for your holiday in Spain.
There are many good ventas and restaurants around the area, a favourite pastime of mine is just to go for a drive and find one (if you find a good one not mentioned in my guide please let me know) or go into Mijas in the evening and take a stroll through the cobbled streets.
La Cala beach is a favourite with my children and has been awarded a blue flag. It is approx 15 min away and has golden sand, good beach bars with sun beds to hire and is quieter than the beaches at Fuengirola.
